Enjoyed a quite and easy lunch with my 18 month old and sister in law. The crackers, bread sticks and Parmesan were a big hit with my little one and the food was exactly what I expected. 10/10!

One of the things I’m big on is cleanliness of an establishment. One thing I did notice is 8 tables have yet to be cleared. That almost turned me off until I looked at the bathrooms and they were clean. So I decided to say. I’m glad I did.
I decided to order the half salad half sandwich. My salad of choice was the Greek salad. Sandwich of choice was Portabello Veggie. The Greek salad could have been one of the best I’ve had. Except I believe they put way too much dressing salad. Made it pretty salty. Still a pretty good salad. My only complaint about the sandwich is on the menu they say vegetarian friendly but it had cheese in it. Plus the extra fixings bar made this a great meal. Loved the pickles.

If you want high quality, tasty food, and excellent service with plenty of variety, visit Newks in Bossier City. Sandwiches with fresh sourdough or French buns, soups, salads, pizzas (cauliflower crust as well), fresh fruit, desserts. All cooked to perfection! They always make your meal just the way you ordered! They have Splenda tea!

Went in during lunchtime cashier greeted us. We placed our order and even got the chili that the cashier had suggested which was delicious. The service by the waiter was fast especially as busy they were. I will be back to try more stuff.

Never again will I dine with a place like Newks again. I walked into the establishment, was not greeted and the employee seemed to be on his phone talking. The complimentary table was a complete mess and I didn’t feel comfortable getting anything. I went to the restroom and seen a LITERAL pile of ants, so there is no telling what else they could be infested with. My sandwhich was completely dry and my soup was overly liquidated. Never again.

This is my first time eating here and let me start by saying I am impressed! The mac and cheese is crazy good. The salads are very tasty. The sandwiches are fantastic. The cake is so yummy. This place has something for everyone. Pizza, sandwiches, salads, soups, and Mac n cheese. This place isn’t the fastest or the cheapest but the food taste great. I really enjoyed everything I ordered. I highly recommend the”choose two”. You get a half sandwich and a half salad or small mac n cheese. This is probably the best value for the amount of food you get.

This location used to give military discount to any active duty military member or their family members. A couple of weeks ago it was just the active duty member and today it’s only if you’re in uniform. Is there an actual policy? Great food but we’ll probably go elsewhere from now on.

They got rid of the miltary discount for veterans and for people who are not in uniform. That is the negative thing I have to say. Food is still good but its getting very expensive to eat here. I would like to see the prices come down a little but don’t know if that will happen.
