Young man had horrible attitude when i asked him for the dressing that came with my Caesar salad… i ordered for Togo pickup so i would’ve have been very upset if i made it to my destination and had no dressing… then for you to try to charge me for a dressing i didn’t have then ask to look in my bag… do better please!

So, Byram is a small city and it is easy to, well, get tired of eating the same thing! Newks provides a remedy for that! Healthy eaters, pizza lovers, sandwich smashers with the potato chips in the middle; all are welcome to indulge in a simple menu, an excellent staff, and good food!

I started calling at 2:29 to place an order. No one picked up the phone. I tried several times again. So I started to head there and I also called. No answer. Once I arrived, I walked right up to the takeout counter. 4 employees including the manager looked up but no one spoke or acknowledged me. The manager even walked by the counter right by the register and didn’t try to speak or acknowledge me. Finally a nice employee who was helping fix food came to take my order. He was very polite. He did speak and ask how I was. Placed order, phone is still ringing off the hook & no one even attempts to answer. So I went around to dining area and it was maybe 8-10 customers in the whole restaurant. Food didn’t take long to make. But more importantly, better customer service & attentiveness would be nice. A manager should lead in a way he would like his employees to. Today’s experience really rubbed me the wrong way. It’s all about being kind and at least speaking or acknowledging guests even if you’re not the one taking orders
