Worst experience I’ve had at a Carl’s Jr. The employee in the drive thru was rude and completely unhelpful. Ordered in the app, money was taken out, yet she claimed she had no order and couldn’t do anything at all. Unbelievable.

Presentation of the meal was OK. The fries were dingy. The burger tasted OK. The onion rings were a bit sad and the patty seemed a bit overcooked, but other than that it was edible. I guess if you’re really desperate and hungry and want to eat Carl’s Jr. this is one of the better locations compared to thousands of the locations that have gone down the toilet.. wish another restaurant came out with a better double western.

I went through the drive thru and was the only one there at night time around 10pm. I had to repeat my order 3 times. Came back home to see the worst burger I’ve ever seen in my life the chicken was super flat looked like it was hydraulic pressed. Food was hard to eat felt like I got one cooked a week ago and the meat felt stretchy. Dont recommend getting a spicy chicken sandwich especially plain my cashier was Sylvia
