We were staying at La Quinta for the night before heading out tomorrow. We ordered from this spot, and they told us an hour and a half or less of a wait. We said fine, as long as the food gets here hot. It didn’t arrive until an hour and 45 minutes later. The food was warm, and the fries were nasty. My wife’s sub was mediocre and the meat in her Philly cheese steak was minimal. We weren’t impressed. I won’t lie, my sub was decent, which is why we’re giving them a two stars. They can do a lot better and improve with what they say and keep their word. God we should have read these reviews before we ordered because everything that was said is so true lesson learned and they are still promoting at this hotel

We ordered without knowing anything about this place. They were one of the few places open late. We pulled up and thought it looked a little sketchy and didn’t have high hopes at all but we were very pleasantly surprised! The pizza was fantastic!! Super hot and fresh with the freshest ingredients. It was absolutely delicious! We highly recommend giving them a try. We will definitely be back!

We stayed a a local hotel to catch a cruise and had got the infamous menu under our door. So here we are again and decided to order from them. I had their spaghetti dinner and my wife had the eggplant parm, both came with a salad and garlic knots. Everything came hot and in the time they said it would. They also included plates and utensils. The portions were good size, we could have shared one dinner. The sauce was very good, the meatballs were small but there were plenty and the eggplant parm was not like the average dinner. Usually the eggplant is covered with melted mozzarella but this was just breaded eggplant that was crispy and had good flavor. The knots were made from pizza dough and pretty standard. The salad was the same, pretty standard. Overall the food was good hot and the delivery was excellent. Lots of times they forget plates and utensils. We definitely would order again!

Should have read reviews before ordering. To call this NY Pizza is a sacrilege. Tasted horrible. Barely any sauce. just garlic and cheese. extra greasy. potato skins were burned and they didnt send the drink. Please just close.

I usually always look up ratings and reviews before ordering from anywhere, but we were hungry and this just happened to be slipped under our hotel door.
We ordered the chicken caesar salad, spaghetti and meatballs, and a slice of New York cheesecake. It took almost 2 hours for delivery and when it arrived I immediately regretted it. The salad smelled horrible as soon as I opened the lid. The lettuce was wilted and brown and the amount given was laughable. I should asked them to hold the e. Coli. My son enjoyed the spaghetti but you could tell it wasn’t homemade. The cheesecake was a joke. It was warm and broken in half and the top layer was super waxy to the point we had to remove it to see a normal consistency.
This was a reminder to myself to ALWAYS check ratings and reviews!

Smh. The hotel staff said they’ve already notified the owners to STOP putting their menu under the hotel doors and they don’t promote this pizza place due to the amount of complaints they receive from hotel customers. They were about 45 minutes late; and I had call them, they “forgot” to call me. Realized reviews say they’re chronically late.
I flew in. I was hungry. I placed an order for a double pepperoni pizza. The pizza wasn’t cut all the way, in the middle of the pizza the dough must have ripped because it was just sauce and toppings in the middle, and the amount of garlic used could have killed an entire colony of vampires.
The owners need to really investigate their management and how they operate. There are too many negative reviews stating the same problems. Or the owners are managing and need to evaluate their ability to own a pizza shop..because this isn’t it. The business stays in business by being shady and relying on unaware tourists.

Born and raised here in Tampa but this my very first time ordering from here and on my soul I don’t know why the reviews are bad ..I just ordered on uber eats and felt I needed to come on here and leave them a good review because our pizza was so good ! I couldn’t even take no pictures because it was gone in a blink of an eye and to top it all off It’s a really good deal for the price as well! So to each is on but me and my babies enjoyed it definitely will order again!

After reading the reviews I will not purchase any pizza from this place. I have lived in North Tampa for 8 years now and I never even think of this place when I want pizza. I’m staying in a hotel and see the menu and was intrigued but after checking reviews and seeing the owner would rather respond to argue with customers calling them fake, I choose to save myself the disappointment. Race track has way better pizza for half the price! Maybe instead of arguing and making excuses you guys should increase your effort to improve unless you just don’t care to but until then I will not spend money here.

Hotel staff (13 minutes away) recommended them, I called and ordered, was told 45 min to an hour for delivery…. After an hour and 10 minutes I called and was told they were on the way…. 20 minutes later I called and told them to cancel it… 10 minutes later they still knocked on my hotel door offering me $25 off for the cold pizza and motz sticks, I declined again, the driver responded, well we told you an hour, I responded yeah, and it’s been over an hour and a half, and closed my door…. I opened this website just for the purpose of leaving them a review and was not surprised at all to see their rating is at 2.6 stars. They deserve less
