This review is based solely on the food! My food was delivered by a delivery service. The food we received was HORRIBLE ! I think they just cut a chicken up and cooked it for hours without plucking it first. The chicken wings we got were so dry and over cooked. Not to mention every single chicken wing had feathers in it. Not just one here and there but so many the food wasn’t even edible if it wasn’t so over cooked. Coming from somewhere with Wings in their name. The wings were the worst I have ever expericed in my life. I would give them 0 stars if it was possible. I do not recommend getting any food from here !

NOT A GOOD PLACE. Food was wrong over and over. However they did make an attempt to fix it. Food was not fully cooked (see picture). The so called wings did not taste or look like wings (see picture). Price of food was way to high and not worth what you pay for. This is not a true New York style restaurant. Employee/owner working the front counter and taking phone orders was very rude nor pleasant. We highly DO NOT recommend this restaurant when visiting the area. This location is close to many other restaurants, hotels and shopping centers. We think this location does have the potential to be better with trained staff or better owners.

Went on doordash to order dinner quickly. Quick delivery with dasher and everything was there. Read over some dissapointing reviews but grateful food came out 90% better than expected. Wings needed more flavor but the size was a little small to my liking. They were cooked well. If you need a quick pizza fix this is your spot.

I was waiting for my food and decided to read the reviews. I am a local and order from this place all the time. For the tourist I would say try ordering for pick up and calling an Uber or Lyft for a ride. Sometimes ordering late night with delivery there is no telling how long a driver might take since drivers are limited at night and if your not a tipper your order will take even longer. Drivers can see the tips and pick up orders with large tips first meaning food is hot and fresh. Below was my delicious order from today!

Honestly third time I’m ordering, just wanted to see if the quality changes, it’s been so amazing every time. Everything about this pizza was awesome. Not ordering from Domino’s or Papa John’s anymore. Feel like they have a lot of unrecognized ingredients in them. This is real pizza, great ingredients put together properly and baked to perfection. Not sure why some people are not satisfied.

IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE ZERO STARS I WOULD, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS DISGRACE OF A PIZZA SHOP. To start off the review we ordered a buffalo chicken pizza that came yellow and STUCK TO THE BOX! The pizza tasted like cardboard and barely had any chicken on it. The fries we ordered were reheated and soggy, they could not make it more obvious that they the fries were reheated. The local gas station sells better pizza than this place. Pizza was also cold and undercooked, the guy was also rude on the phone and could not wait a minute for us to order, like there was something super busy to do in that disgusting pizza shop. Save your money and walk across the street to get gas station food than this abomination of food establishment.

I sure wish i would have read the reviews first. Just get papa John’s. Wings are fried so hard they are inedible and flavorless. Pizza is stuck to the box. It’s not awful but it’s not great either. Paid $150 for 60 wings we can’t eat and 3 extra large pizzas that are large at best.

I hadn’t read the reviews prior to ordering. I was worried after reading all the negative reviews. No other nearby pizza place was offering delivery after midnight. It did take more than an hour for delivery. The delivery driver was friendly. I’m pleased to share that it was very hot, with lots of cheese, and no surprise bugs. I am sure most people tend to only leave reviews when they have a complaint about a business. Don’t forget to leave positive ones.

Horrible customer service. I ordered a pizza from here via door dash. The dasher did everything right and was earlier than expected. The pizza however wasn’t. We ordered a New York style pizza that had pepperoni we didn’t choose as a topping because we don’t eat pork! I called the restaurant to see if they could resolve the issue and possibly make another pizza with only the toppings we wanted on the first pizza. I was placed on hold listening to music for 20 minutes. I called back this afternoon and spoke with a manager who rudely insisted that I contact door dash, which did after he refused to do anything to correct my order they messed up not door dash.

Order wings from New York Pizza and Wings if you’d like a container full of bones and fries so dry you’d sooner chew on cardboard. Oh also when you try to go in to the store the next day to give them a chance to fix the issue, the door is locked despite the sign clearly saying open 7 days a week from 11 am – 2 am. This business is a joke. We paid $32 and ate two wings.
