All of the beer was out except for shiner and one other tap. Order was 25 minutes past the time is was supposed to be ready. Finally got our pizza and it looked like a child cut it. Clearly very understaffed so I do not blame them but overall this was a HUGE miss.

Stick to the original location in Allen. The pizza was burnt and took forever to get food here. You could play frisbee with how stiff the pizza was. Definitely not worth the price here.

This used to be my pizza joint, but the new pizza maker burned my pizza and if you read the reviews, it’s not an isolated incident. They also upped the price to $29 for a cheese piezilla, which used to be called a giant, and now you have to pay for less. Fortunately, I found Angel’s NY Pizza, where the guy who used to work for here makes the same great tasting pizza. He said that Angel’s uses a different recipe but I didn’t notice the difference and I wasn’t disappointed. Angel’s also honors the original price of $26.

In response to Susan’s review that complained about the poor delivery: That isn’t the restaurant’s fault, but that of either the driver, the app issuing multiple orders attached to yours, or your lack of tip, which causes drivers to deny it until enough base pay is added to it. For an order like yours a $20 tip would’ve most likely avoided such issues, as only the poorest quality drivers would accept anything less. Only the worst of the worst would handle pizzas that way. These apps truly need to do a better job vetting these drivers.

In response to the owner: Sorry, but my mind is made up and there is nothing you can do now to appease me. But you should seriously replace the pizza maker and lower the price for your own sake.

I order carry out and delivery from this location regularly. The pizza is always delicious. Today I picked up my pizza. The entire top of the pizza was burnt. I asked the lady if it could be remade. She kindly obliged and had another pizza ready for me in less than 10 minutes. The second pizza was perfect!

Great pizza! Fluffy crust, high quality ingredient. I’m really picky about my pies and this is a great one!

Great pizza and fast! The slices are huge! They also have really fun soda flavors that are free from artificial colorings and don’t have high fructose corn syrup….try them! This place is perfect for lunch or dinner if you are wanting New York style pizza.

I had an awesome experience at NewYork Pizza and pints thanks to Christina! She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. Christina went above and beyond to make sure our order was perfect, and her positive attitude made the whole visit even better. The pizza was delicious, but Christina’s outstanding service is what truly stood out. Highly recommended!

When I walked in to this pizza place I wasn’t even sure if they were open. It looked like they were still moving into the space. It was pretty bare and not very welcoming. I ordered the Greek salad and a slice of pepperoni pizza thinking those were pretty basic items for a place like this. It was more expensive than I expected, but HELLO, it was a huge serving! The pizza almost completely covered the pan and the salad was fantastic! The crust was perfectly thin and bendy with tons of cheese. The salad came with more than enough dressing. I took half of it to go and had dinner that night.

This is actually my second visit to New York Pizza and Pints. My first visit was in Allen Texas off Stacy Road. This location was in McKinney Texas off El Dorado. The Pizza was good, and the customer service mirrored the mindset of New Yorkers…Basically get you Pizza and get out….I will be honest, it wasn’t that bad, however on this particular night my take away was they could care less if I was there or not. The Pizza overall was delicious. I ordered the White Pizza and the Margherita Pizza. Both were good and I feel I will go again in the future.

Allan & I were in the mood for a pizza lunch, so New York Pizza and Pints was the place to go!
It did not disappoint!
Allan ordered his Hawaiian Canadian bacon & pineapple pizza slice, and I ordered a cheese slice. These “Slices” are ENORMOUS and so plentiful, I cut it in half for dinner tonight.
The Lunch Special is $9.50 for a pizza slice the size of Allan’s head, a salad (Also HUGE) and a drink. The soft drinks are #STUBBORN. I rarely drink a soft drink, but today, I’m all in! Stubborn Rootbeer has no caffeine and tastes absolutely delicious!
My salad was soooo large, I asked for a to go container. I knew if I ate my salad, I wouldn’t be able to eat my slice of pizza. Wise choice!
My salad held up so great at dinnertime. Even with croutons in it, my salad was super crunchy, and the Ranch dressing was fantastic! You know it’s all fresh produce when the salad has been boxed, gone shopping for hours then refrigerated and eaten 7 hours later. It was as fresh as when it was placed in front of me at the restaurant. My pizza slice was perfection.
Great lunch. Super deal and I must add, a great dinner too! We’ll done NY Pizza & Pints!

Update – 3rd visit
The first two visits were great. Today – not so great.
Consistency – This is what is so important to restaurants.
Today’s $8.99 lunch special was overbaked, hard, dry, not piping hot, and had no gooey cheese.
When my pizza slice arrived, Allan said, “It’s burnt.” It wasn’t burnt, but it was “darkened.” I ate some of it and left the majority of it to be tossed.
Too bad. A 50/50 chance of a great lunch vs. a disappointing lunch is not for me; I never gamble.
When it was good, it was very good.
But when it was bad, it was bad.

First time at New York Pizza & Pints, and we were absolutely impressed!
I was told the pizzas were big, but I wasn’t prepared to see a 2-FOOT WIDE pizza! Angel is the store manager, super friendly, providing great customer service.
One thing I always do is check out the ladies’ room; AND I send Allan to check the men’s room. Rarely does Allan report a clean restroom, so I was very happy to hear the men’s restroom was spotless! And, the ladies’ restroom was immaculate!
Two big screen TV’s are above the bar where they feature the Four Bullets Richardson Brewery. Walking in, one immediately notices the multi-level rows of Growlers available for purchase. I’ve listed the prices in the photos. Next time, I’ll pick one up. STUBBORN Soda is served here, and I had the BEST creamy Rootbeer everrrr! We also ordered a bottle of wine; Pinot Noir Joliesse, and enjoyed it with our pizza. The bottle sells for $18 or can be sold by the glass at $7.99.
(Happy Hour is M-F, 3-6)
I ordered the “Lunch Special” – 1 enormous slice of pizza, side salad with homemade croutons, and a drink. All for only $8.99
My pepperoni pizza was great! The crust was crispy on the very bottom and doughy soft inside. The sauce is not sweet, and I’m thrilled b/c I’m not a fan of sugar sweet sauce. I really wanted to order a Margherita pizza, but Allan only orders Hawaiian, so next time, I need a buddy to share the Margherita pizza!
Delivery is available by Uber Eats, Grub Hub, & Door Dash.
FYI: The boxes for the pizzas are a 28-inch square, and the Supreme Pizza weighs 25 lbs!
Is that big enough for you? Trust me –
It’s BIG enough for Big Tex!
