Excellent customer service and quality of fish! Im glad to have finally found a place where the rolls are made to order and not just sitting out and getting dry. Everything was so fresh and delicious. Definitely my go to sushi spot!

This is the best sushi restaurant I have ever been to!!! I am always impressed by the incredibly fresh sushi, sashimi, maki rolls, and poke, and the beautifully crafted plating brings me even more joy The taste is, of course, a perfect 10/10, or even 100/100!!!!!!! The deep-fried dishes like cutlets, karaage, and shrimp tempura are also absolutely delicious!!! The unique selection of drinks and alcoholic beverages sold here is another highlight they are truly amazing!!! And the staff are extremely friendly and nice, which makes the restaurant’s atmosphere even better. It is a great fortune to have this restaurant in this area!!! I LOVE IZUMI SUSHI

The couple is super sweet and friendly.

Serious contender for one of the best sushi places in the city ! The dishes are all so unique and so delicious. Everything is such high quality. The sashimi salad, the korroke, and the spicy noodle dish were my favorite…and of course All of the sushi rolls were incredible. I loved that that they had a Japanese beer from Okinawa which I had never seen before. Everything was great ! The owners were so friendly and are clearly great restauranteurs. Definitely have found a new regular 🙂

Hands down the best sushi I have ever had!! The portions are very generous, the food was so fast to come out and beyond fresh and absolutely delicious! Definitely a hidden little gem and will now by my go to for dine in or take out! The rolls were so unique. Highly recommend!!! Would give more stars if possible.

First off I should say I have a high bar for sushi. I’ve been to Japan twice and eaten sushi for breakfast fresh from the fish market in Tokyo. And I lived in Montreal for over 40 years where great sushi is abundant. My search for good sushi in Niagara has been long and unsuccessful….until now!
While they don’t have the variety I’m used to, the fish they do have is fresh. The sushi is beautifully prepared and nicely presented on a bed of ice. The fish is silky on your tongue.
The sashimi is also good although cut too thick and too large. I actually asked for a knife to cut it smaller – sashimi should be one bite, not a slab that takes three bites. But they were very accommodating and brought me a pair of kitchen scissors.
The wonton soup was light and clean and flavourful.
I would definitely go back!

We had a great dining experience at Izumi Sushi. The food was excellent and full of flavor, with the pork cutlet being a standout. We visited during lunchtime and were glad we arrived when we did, as it was quite busy but we were still able to get a table. The ambience was pleasant, offering a nice blend of Japanese and Korean influences. Special thanks to Stephanie for her friendly, attentive, and helpful service. Overall, a very enjoyable experience and highly recommended.

Getting good, sushi delivery is hard. Our order came separated by heat level and the sushi/sashimi had bags of ice. This is an incredibley underrated detail. My deluvery meal was great! If your reading reviews and looking for a place to order from, look no further. I did the research and Izumi the best!
