Garbage I asked for extra large pizza was sent a pre made larhe pizza , crust tasted like rubber , I ask for extra sauce on pizza and in my stromboli and calzone . No extra sauce on niether, no receipt given , so on top of it there shady . She any extra sauce inside of my food . He put it in a cup . Then when my wife called he flat out lied im calling bank if I was cheat disputing charges . Dont need a reciet to see if I was robbed , thats why I didnt get a receipt, some body steal from somebody . 56 dollars both subs 11 a piece , so a large 1 topping pizza I was charged 34 dollars . This place is run by thieves .

1st time customer and last!! Very rude customer service. I had grabbed wrong payment card from my car and was inside paying , I let them know I just had to add money to my other card. Meanwhile, tall thin employee asked what phone carrier I have because I was taking a minute or two. I replied. Employee made a unnecessary comment about my phone carrier provider. Then twice said about putting the food back and actually did ! Like I was gonna grab food and run ? Maybe the employee should have said ” no problem, let me know when you are ready “. I just bought a 2025 new car 2 weeks ago , I think I can afford $44 for a pizza and wings. Next time , dont be so quick to judge and assume . Kindness and patience goes a long way. You lost a customer.

Some of the best pizza in the area, no matter which location you go to, it’s always fantastic!
Every other place I’ve gone to hasn’t been able to replicate it. The slices are adequately sized to fill most people up, if you want it quick, this is the place for lunch. Great staff and clean location but seating is rather limited.
Slices aren’t floppy towards the center and crust is crunchy.
Great balance of ingredients to compliment the dough.

Yesterday I went in to get my favorite “grandma” slice, they had one left, paid for it and waited….took longer than expected because apparently the new guy burned it. I left upset because the lady didn’t reimburse me, but I wanted to give them a chance to make it up to me, so I went in the next day, and they gave me the slice without having to pay again. Stand up guy!

Absolutely fantastic every time! I never stop to write a review but this is my go to pizzeria every time I order in Tampa. Very good topping portions and the crust always tastes delicious! I ordered a white pizza with onion spinach and artichoke hearts.

I recently visited New York Pizza Store, and I have to say it was incredible! From the moment I walked in, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and made me feel utterly at home. The pizza was just heavenly — the crust was crispy on the outside and soft in the middle, with just the right amount of chew. The sauce was full of flavor and had a great tang to it, and the cheese was perfectly melted.
What really blew us away was the variety of toppings and how fresh everything tasted. From the classic cheese slice to more exotic fare, they have it all. The portions were very big, and the prices were very reasonable for what you get.
Overall, New York Pizza Store delivers an authentic New York pizza experience that’s hard to beat. I’ll definitely be coming back soon — highly recommend!
