ORDER ONLINE!!! I frequent this location because it’s closer to my home and I’ve always had great service and food. Typically I order online because it’s convenient, but today I decided to call because I was driving. I ordered 2 chicken breast grilled dinners, the young lady quoted me a total of $32. That sounded weird so I asked had prices changed and she said no. I decided to look online and the price shows as 12.98. After tax my total was $28. When I arrived to pick up my order I brought it to the attention of the lady and was told that online prices are just different from call in. That makes absolutely no sense! So I can place the same order online and pay less??? For food??? No way!!! Like I said I order from this place several times a month and have never had that issue. Moving forward I will ONLY order online. That’s ridiculous! I’m a loyal customer and she couldn’t honor the online price for me???? Crazy!!! Horrible customer service!

Ordered here before and haven’t had any issues. Tonight I ordered a fried chicken sandwich and the “chicken” that was on this sandwich was the size of MAYBE 2 chicken nuggets. There was soo much mayo on it and the slices of tomato were bigger than the chicken. Paid 9.00 for a chicken nugget on a bun with too much mayo and fries. Do better NY Grill.

Me my girlfriend our roommate have collectively spent well over $1000 here. Great food but roommate recent quit spending his money here due to a very minor customer service dispute and now I’m in the same boat. They did not include a piece of cake on my recent order. My attempt to remedy the situation was only met with their policy that they would have only done something if I checked my order upon pickup. A (nominal) $5 piece of cake seems like a silly reason to lose repeat customer(s).. I would never treat my customers like that

The prices are very reasonable. The food was very good. We ordered 4 pc hot honey wings/ fries & soda for almost $10. The restaurant is not a good place to sit n eat, but we were hungry.

This is my second and last time going here. I ordered the family 50 piece wings that’s comes with fries and 2 liter. They didn’t give the fries or soda then told me it don’t come with it then I talked to the manager and he said it did and made it right! Cool! Today I ordered a twenty piece for my kids that comes with fries and soda the wings was soooo small overcoooked hard and still had feather on it.

I normally go to the other one on 67. But I accidentally called in an order here tonight. I’m pregnant so I’m not that into meat . So I just get the veggie kabob extra veggies . I called in this order & the girl was shocked I only wanted veggies lol . Anyways they text me when my order was ready. Loved that & I thought it was going to be more money for some reason . Paid $10. Food was fresh & good . Young lady at the window must have been ready to go . She didn’t greet me or respond when I told her to have a nice night she just walked off. Never the less. I will be back. The food was great and they actually gave me extra veggies ! They also gave me a card for 15% off my next online order !

Been there two more times after this review and I actually was dissatisfied with my food . BOTH TIMES! . Today my rice is white ! Why do I have white rice and my food is unseasoned ! You can reference the picture below. The kabob rice is normally yellow or have a yellow tint . I will upload a picture . I will be dropping my food down to a 2 and bring the service up because the 2nd time I ordered the rice was hard and old and I did get my extra veggies I paid for. I thought y’all were good. Now I have to head back to the other one . The food is too inconsistent for me to keep

Normally, your online or call-in order is ready on time or early. Today, they ran behind 30min because the cook read the ticket wrong. I was told that I would have extra catfish nuggets but didn’t receive that. I was offered 1 soda or bottled water for the delay, which I felt was not sufficient compensation for that amount of time. The food was still good as always.
