Tasty, hot subs. Higher end. Bread is very good and generous portions of meat. Will stop here again when passing through. Worth driving an extra 3-5 mins and bypassing the interstate fast food options.

The sandwiches are delicious and the service is great in most cases. Just don’t waste a trip if you’re not already in the area to begin with because if you do decide to visit from a long drive away and/or get your hopes up for this place by any other means prior to visiting, they seem to run out of bread hours before their posted closing time and fairly often.

Stopped in for lunch on the way to Portland. I use to eat at the one that was in The Dalles all the time. Had delicious sandwiches then and still do. I wish we had one closer to home. Only downside is there’s no indoor seating like the one in The Dalles had. The wife doesn’t like the cold so we ate in the car.

The one star is because the owners refused to open indoor dining. Not sure if it is because they are germaphobs or because they are lazy & would prefer not to clean a dining area.
