Incredibly kind owners and staff, I ONLY order beef lo mein from this specific restaurant because it’s incredibly flavorful and cooked just right..it’s the best I’ve ever had in NC!! At this time I live in mayodan, I will travel the highways to oak ridge just for the beef lo mein.

As I have seen on other reviews not sure why this place will not let customers wait inside. COVID is over and if you are unable to keep up with orders and keep your wait times down, you should have the common courtesy to allow people to wait in a warm atmosphere. I ordered my food at 415 pm online. I waited for an extra 30-35 minutes in low 30 degree weather. I had to go in the pharmacy next door for a few minutes to survive. I find this to be unacceptable an can only be corrected by opening your doors to customers or risk losing business!!!

Delicious singapore chow mei fun and pad thai!! Always our go-to. Plus, they gave everyone a free wall scroll with each order for Christmas! The young lady who manages the orders handled the influx of customers well, and she’s always very quick and polite.
Orders are generally very timely – the wait was long this time, because it was the ONLY local place open on Christmas (everyone and their brother was ordering from here). Don’t let hangry reviewers stop you from supporting this small business.

Order prep time is very long even if you place a order on phone, it’s not ready when you reach there what’s the point of ordering ahead of time. Long waiting time. Then, the main door is blocked, It would be nice if they let customer step in the restaurant in frigid cold or bad weather to wait for their order instead of blocking the main door to book or wait on to collect their orders. This is the only restaurant which is blocking the customer entry though the covid is pretty much over/at least in control.
Unfortunately, no very near by competitors for Chinese food.

What terrible service!!! I ordered our food two hours before I scheduled pick up, and still waited an hour once I got there before the food was handed to me. They were very unorganized. The food isn’t good enough for this level of service. Find somewhere else to get your Chinese food.

Placed an order online, got an email confirming the order was placed, confirmation number and all. Got to the restaurant and they didn’t have my order, no record of it, very upset and will never come back. Find a better place to eat, don’t give them your money.

they told us 30 minutes, waited over an hour in the cold and it still wasn’t ready. This place is terrible. I don’t recommend anybody go to Peking Wok Summerfield or somewhere else. Plus, it’s only takeout and they do it through a window so you can’t even get them to come to the window to talk to them but how long you’ve been waiting.
