Tried this birria taco spot recently and it was pretty good! While it’s not the best birria I’ve ever had, it definitely hits the spot when you’re craving something flavorful and comforting. The tacos were juicy, the consomé was tasty, and the portions were satisfying. Overall, a solid option if you want a quick bite ✨

Good juicy tacos that comes with many sides of hot sauce to spice the taste up. The tacos do get a bit soggy if not eaten immediately . The meat is extremely tasty and the flavor really accompanies well with everything else on the taco , the only issue I can find in the tacos is that while the meat is tasty it is a bit dry. The rice and beans are just a normal rice and beans, nothing really extraordinary about it . The rice doesn’t have that much flavor but it’s still a good side to get with the tacos if need a more filling meal. For my first truck time at a location, it really exceeded my expectations and makes me more open to trying more trucks around the area. Also this is not a sit inside restaurant! I came in thinking it was but it is just a food truck and has no outside seating so make sure you have another location you can go to sit down and eat if needed. Good truck tacos!

This is the place from were you want to get your heart diner after your long day. Delicious birria, I’ll prefer torta but tacos are also great!. no waiting time, great prices, and nice service. You would not regret!!

I’m mexican, live in Texas and was craving food from home. I got the birria tacos, 3x $12. Its a whole lot of grease for not much flavor. The only thing that made them good was the green salsa which was adequately spicy and had a great flavor. Not birria approved by me 🙁

Authentic, Tasty, on the street Birria. No wonder this is one of the most hunted in NY. The taste, the staff and the price deliver. Tacos with the consomme (generously meaty) are a must. Just make sure you check your change when you are a tourist. Like many places, you don’t necessarily get what are supposed to. I also would have loved that my tacos were cooked with meat juices but it looks to depend on the day/staff/crowd.

The tacos are very tasty, juicy and just the right amount of seasoning. The prices are ok and the portions are on the small side. It is definitely worth a visit. The whole street is full of food trucks and all seemed delicious. If you‘re close to this part of NYC would recommend to check it out

Great Mexican Taco food truck. The service was attentive and helpful. Numerous options and also shrimp available. The taco el pastor was absolutely fantastic and had a nice sear on the pork. The tostada El Birria was very tender and heaping with slow roasted beef. The mulita El Pastor was good and pork was very tender.

Had an intense hankering for tacos but didn’t want to make the trek to Jackson Heights. Excellent for midtown and worth the tiny markup. $4 for tacos and $4 for consommé. Tortillas had an excellent bite and the consommé was redolent of cinnamon. Make sure to bring your own Tupperware. YUM!
