This place is absolutely amazing. A great little cozy spot with good food and amazing service. If you’re looking for a great place to relax and chill, this is the perfect place. You can grab a book to read and/or play some games. The owners are super sweet and personable. I would highly recommend you check it.

AMAZING PLACE! My husband and I love coming here for their protein waffles, good vibes, and table games. We get the waffles at least once a week. I also love their lattes. The emphasis on health, protein, and minimum sugar is what keeps us coming back and back again. Recently we tried the mini donuts which are also incredible. It’s nice to be able to enjoy this treat and still get protein in.

Cute spot, friendly, knowledgeable staff. I got a protein waffle that was fresh and excellent. Also got a half dozen protein donuts that were delicious. Highly recommend stopping in! Coffee was strong and fresh too

LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE!! From the coffees to shakes to mini donuts to amazing waffles and most of all the amazing service! From the moment you open the door, you feel right at home. The entire staff greets you so kindly and if you’re having a bad day, you literally forget that you are! This place is so cozy and most importantly very clean you wont want to leave! It’s about a 40 minute drive for me but I don’t mind at all. if I were closer I would definitely be there everyday! Def 5 well deserved stars!!

I have come to main spot about 5 times now since it’s in the area I work and I always love it! I sometimes come with my coworker for coffee and table top games to disconnect from work during lunch. My favorite thing is the protein iced coffee. Whenever I want a a coffee but don’t want to mess with my nutrition this is my favorite place for a sweet treat or pick me up. The white chocolate protein iced coffee was my favorite but I was able to put a special request for a custom drink a caramel brûlée protein iced coffee and it was DELICIOUS!! Needless to say the employees and the owner are super duper sweet and the atmosphere is super inviting.

My daughter had a “special request” for a drop-off lunch at school today from Main Spot Nutrition. I hadn’t been to this restaurant before but was impressed with its quaint atmosphere & decor. The menu was straightforward & HEALTHY, to-go prep was relatively fast. Service was very kind, restaurant is well-maintained & my daughter LOVED her Açaí Bowl & protein donuts! We will definitely revisit!

I love this place. The aesthetic and good service makes you want to stay and enjoy a healthy snack/refresher. I fully recommend their protein coffee! It gives you a spark of energy that lets you continue with your day.
Their mini donuts are also great. I recommend you try any of them, they’re all so great.

We meaning to visit this place for so long , finally got chance today . Super nice atmosphere, I’ve tried the chew shake – Omg it was a perfect blend of caramel and coffee , not only that I also tried their donuts , they were melting in mouth. Definitely there’s some magic behind the bars . We also tried small refresher , which I left on Carlos ( the owner ) to choose 🙂 and he made me the most delicious Dragon fruit Drink , it was so delicious. Over all experience 11/10 . Family owned business they both are super generous and welcoming . Highly recommend… if you are looking for healthy nutritious yet tasty food this is the place

I was super impressed with their white chocolate protein coffee. I loved it! It had 15g of protein and only 2 g of sugar.
Also tried a mini donut the pecan flavor and I regret not getting more. I think they were short handed when I went as it took an abnormally long time for it to be ready but worth the wait 🙂
