Unexpectedly good Chinese joint. Amongst many things, ordered General Tsao’s chicken. It was all white, big chunks of meat with a moderately thin layer of batter. The shrimp egg foo young was tasty, not greasy and flavorful. The sushi was alright but nothing rave about. Will definitely come back and sample more of the menu.

If I could give a 0 I definitely would. I ordered a seafood lunch, the menu had seafood but what I got was 3 shrimp and was supposed to get lobster??? For the price I paid I was expecting so much more. I have ordered from here before and there was never a problem until recently. The food choices that I made previously always had plenty of meat. When I purchased food from here we brought for the family spending close to $100. When I called the manager about the amount of meat in my seafood dish, he told me, “that the lunch menu gives that amount of meat???” I will never buy from there again and have now found other restaurants that offer so much more for my money. I think that if I spend almost $20 for a seafood dish I would have more meat. Also, the dish was suppose to have lobster and it did not. He told me that he put lobster in it. Well if he did put it in my meal I didn’t see it or eat it. I have other things to do than to argue with someone over what I know I paid for and did not get. I was totally disgusted, however, he did give me a refund. FYI: I recently went to Asian Taste and the same meal had a abundant amount of meat so I did get what I paid for.

Best Chinese food in Eldersburg. The Cantonese menu is great. The general tso chicken melts in your mouth. They have no problem customizing your order (I hate broccoli) and it’s ready when they say it will be.

My go to spot for carry out food. Great food and service. It’s not meant as a place to sit down and eat there

The orange chicken was terrible. It tasted like it was made with a pound of sugar. Way too sweet! Plus the chunks of sugar-chicken were huge, lol. The food took a long time to make, too. But that’s understandable, as they probably used every granule of sugar in the western hemisphere in the orange chicken, and had to order more directly from China via barge… But I wish end this review on a good note, and say that the beef lo-mein was delicious. One small order of it was like a whole meal

Price is excellent, $5.25 for a lunch combo of General Tsos Chicken with rice and a egg roll. Food is okay, the chicken is served in huge chunks which makes it tough to eat right out of the takeout container.

The original New Win Long restaurant that was in Carroll Towne Mall, had the best Chinese food I have ever had. I got to know the owners pretty well. Their food was incredible. When they couldn’t renew their lease, they moved to the location on Liberty Rd. When they finally sold the restaurant, that was when things started to change. The quality of the food really went down from there.

Been coming here since I was a kid (quite a long time ago) and have consistently enjoyed the fare. They make things exactly how I ask for if and don’t mess around with the portions. Serving sizes are generous, everything on the menu down to the fresh sushi is delicious. Best place around for miles.

Wow! This was probably the worst food experience I’ve ever had. 1. I was hung up on twice while making my order (that should’ve been a clue to just order from somewhere else) 2. I was overcharged and when I called, the owner claimed I was lying…but I wrote the total down when I was told over the phone. 3. The food was not only wrong, the food that WAS right was freezing cold and disgusting.

I order from this restaurant at least twice a month. Trying a majority of their menu. They serve both Chinese and Japanese fare. Both are equally good. I was surprised at the quality of their sushi. Very surprised. The sushi is good. I do prefer their various rolls. I have yet to find a dish on the Chinese menu that was less than fair. My only complaint is the noodles used in the Yat Gaw Mein. I feel they are too thick and dense. They don’t seem to hold the flavor of the broth. Other Chinese restaurants are just as close but New Win Long has good food for a good price. I have tried the others but always return to them. They are my go to when I want Chinese for dinner.
