Surprisingly a good time.
Crowd varies from 21 year old to old married couples. Majority Latino/Hispanic community.
The cover charge was $10, cash. It’s ridiculous that places charge a fee when customers will already be dropping money to have a good time. Especially with staff like Gina (check-in) and Julio (security) who come across with a real stand off attitude.
Place gets loud with live music, there were only 2-3 bartenders and the place was pretty packed. That seems like a problem. Because it was so loud, the bartender with blue hair misheard an order and wanted to charge me for 3 beers when I only ordered 2. She gave me a look that said, “Well it’s poured so you have to pay for it”. I did not pay lol.
Place is packed with women so it’s a good spot to meet and mingle.

The entrance was $20 for 2 people. That is not bad. The cocktail Richard Blade Rum Runner was really good. It has Rhum Barbancourt Pango, Cruzan Citrus Rum, Raspberry liqueur, Orange Juice, Pineapple Juice, Grenadine and Splash of 151. They also so have food here to eat. The space here is somewhat small, but the vibe is really nice!

This place SUCKS. If they get any hint that you may be potentially drunk they WILL kick you out. I went to the restroom to spit up a bit because I took a tequila shot with no chaser and they yelled at me to leave. Mind you I am completely coherent and understand what’s going on around me. They were mean and rude and told me to get out even while my friend was performing & I asked if I could see her until she finished. They yelled at me and said no. This place SUCKS and they’re homophobic/discriminatory. Avoid this place at all costs!

Finally got to visit this awesome place on Friday May 18, 2018, at 830PM.
It was a friend’s birthday and I’d seen how often she partied here, so I had to check it out.
The corner location makes it easy to find, with ample street parking (as their lot is pretty small). Luckily I had no issues finding a spot right at front entrance.
Arrive early to get a good & safe spot.
Bouncers outside and inside. 21+.
That night was $10 cover, CASH.
(tho I’m told this is the norm)
A dance room with Dj & Live bands.
And a karaoke room with Dj too. It’s a great ambiance overall, very relaxed.
Plenty food choices & decent prices
(See menu pics). I picked the jalapeno poppers, cheese sticks, and steak fries, all were delish! Plastic accepted.
Waiters were friendly & attentive,
tho a bit pushy to get you to buy more.
I say this bc due to cover charge, there aren’t drink minimums.
Karaoke Dj was good, he jammed out
to a few songs, a bit picky about
PEOPLE SINGING W DRINK IN HAND.
(He takes a photo of EVERY singer).
Mostly 80s songs, divey, fun crowd…
Starts slow, but does fill up!!

Really trying hard not to gatekeep this one but it’s a gem! Karaoke is fun great regular singers and music! I love their purple rain drink! Amazing! Disclaimer I’ve only tried their asada nachos and they was so so that’s why a 4 star. Last and most favorite is their live cover bands!!!

Great hole in the wall bar / club/ karaoke/ hangout place. Parking is tough, but it’s possible. Area is safe and well lit and overall gives you confidence. Music can be varied, from unknown bands to great radio music to the occasional great shows. Most are funky down to earth and rough and rocking! Bar is cool, and there is a list of unique drinks and friendly bartenders. The karaoke room is funky, just odd funny and rhythmic. Space is limited to moving around, so it’s just a normal hangout place. Oh yes, there’s a cover charge, 10$ per person, cash only. Have fun and enjoy ! Great first date place . Only drawback, limited space, limited parking, needs better food… so a 3.75… a 4-star overall rating for fun and unique.

I’ve gone to this place multiple times because my friends and I love the 80s music/vibe so it was my favorite place to go dancing to. But the last couple of times we’ve gone, the security made our experiences really negative and we now refuse to go back. They were really rude at my husband outside as we were trying to get in and then once inside, I was told to relax/calm down because I was DANCING, literally just dancing. I was shocked. Completely ruined this place for me and my friends. We have since taken our business elsewhere. I also noticed all the other comments on here relating to the bad security and service.
