First visit. Apparently a new owner took over a few days ago. Inside was empty, no patrons. Outside desk / patio is nice. Great views. No draft beer outside. Small menu. Cocktails are small 12 oz. Everywhere else locally they are 16 oz. Way to sweet with barely and booze. Service was very slow.

My wife and I and friends of ours went there for dinner on Sunday. We felt that the food was outstanding, the atmosphere very nice, but the service was a little slow and confused. I paid the bill a little confused didn’t see the 18% on the bill and gave the waiter additional tip back to me and told me he could see that I don’t see the 18%. So he did not want me to feel like I over paid. As a business owner I do appreciate the honesty. We definitely will be back and recommend

Definitely worth giving a try!

The Seasoned Mariner reopened under new ownership recently, so my wife and I decided to give them a try. We visited on Easter Sunday. It wasn’t busy at all, but imagine it had to do with it being Easter, and possibly folks not knowing the restaurant is opened. The inside is freshly painted, and decorated nicely.

The service was great! Our waitress was very attentive, nice, and gave great suggestions on what to try.

Of those suggestions, we opted for the “Bomb” roll as an appetizer. They serve sushi Thursday thru Sunday I believe. It was delicious! We’ll definitely be trying more of their sushi.

For our entrees, I ordered the stuffed shrimp, while my wife ordered the salmon. Both were good. Including fresh greenbeans and mashed potatoes.

Great place, great food, great service!
I came in just as they opened on Sunday at around 11:00 AM. I was the only customer for about half-hour but my server, Jamie, was very attentive and polite.
I highly recommend the Chesapeake Omelette. It’s filled with shrimp and large scallops. The tomato sauce is a great complement to it. The whole dish is tasty without being overwhelming.
They also serve fresh sushi. When the Filipino Sushi Chef, Joey, arrived early I just had to place a takeout order for my dinner tonight . He answered my questions about the Alaska Maki and took great care with the food presentation, even though it’s a takeout.
I am definitely returning to this place!

First off I’d just like to say I’m not related-to or friends with anyone who works at the New Seasoned Mariner. I’ve lived in Southeastern Baltimore County for 15+ years. This is one of the best, if not the best waterfront restaurants I’ve been to. The food is great. The views are incredible, and the entire interior dining area has been totally gutted and is now bright, and cheery.
The great thing about this place is the views from the inside of the restaurant are as incredible as those from the outside, so if it’s 90 out you can still enjoy the waterfront location. It’s also family friendly, which for a waterfront restaurant with a bar can sometimes be hard to find.

I’m including some pictures.

We just left there, and it was absolutely wonderful. The weather was great and the waitress was also awesome (Jen). I had a strawberry fields salad (yum), the sliders were perfect, and wow – the onion rings had a delightful, thick batter!! We also had cream Of crab soup. Haven’t had an entree here yet, but I have complete confidence in it being yummy, too. We ate outside and watched the boats ride by. Inside was cool and clean smelling – not fishy like some seafood places. Bathrooms were clean and cute/updated. The staff was very attentive. All good!!!

My husband and I loved everything about this restaurant. Great location (by the water), great staff, customer service A1, great parking, I mean you couldn’t ask for anything better. Plus, the food was phenomenal. I loved the California crab roll. Shrimp tacos,.garlic chicken , and the summer salad was delicioso !!!. The Pina Colado was so refreshing and made wonderfully. Absolutely beautiful experience, and we will be back ❤️

What a change! New owners and a recent Reno made our visit a great one. The Maryland crab soup was really good. I got shrimp salad which had no filler and hubby’s Reuben was better than the nearby competitor! Great experience. The Reno is beautiful. An addition is a sushi bar which is open Thursday – Sunday.

Really nice quaint place. The menu looked really good and the staff were all great. The crabs were steamed perfectly and all the food we saw being brought out looked great. Beautiful waterfront dining view with a play area for the kids which is priceless when your trying to have some adult beverages. Never felt rushed or had to wait for anything. I’il definitely go again.
