I stopped by while driving through this town. I asked for the lunch portion, thinking it should be enough, and based on the previews, and thinking the reviews talking about generous amounts would back them up.
I asked for the hunnan beef plate, and it seemed big enough. I just got disappointed at my protein intake. Where there seemed to be more onion than meat. But I understand the current situation forces businesses to look for ways to save. In the end, it was enough to get me going. I guess my complaint ultimately goes to the state of this economy.:(

This restaurant serves the kind of food that is welcomed by everyone. Not too extreme but still very authentic. It’s the Rice Xpress in Princeton.
Four of us ate there recently. We ordered four dishes. King Pao chicken. Mooshu shrimp. Mixed vegetables. Fried catfish. Everything was delicious.
The place is clean, casual and the service friendly.
You aren’t paying for fancy interior decor. Prices are reasonable. My highest recommendation is not the number of stars but whether I will return for another meal. I definitely will. I recommend you try it.

Rice Xpress was fantastic! I had the sesame chicken, and it was crispy, perfectly sauced, and full of flavor. ️ My wife ordered the Hunan beef, and she loved the spicy kick and rich flavors. Everything was fresh, hot, and cooked just right. The portions were generous, and the service was quick and friendly. Highly recommend this spot for delicious Chinese food—we’ll definitely be back!

Staff was nice but the food was okay. Noodles didn’t meet my expectations of how chow mein would taste. Their noodles had a sort of off taste. The orange chicken was okay that’s what I ate the most. I don’t know if I would go back.

Who puts shrimp in the gravy for shrimp egg fu yung? This was the worst egg fu yung I ever had and salty may I add. 5 shrimp and a whole bunch of veggies in the gravy. This is a childhood favorite but I never had a place mess it up like this. This was crazy.

Just wanted to say thank you! In a snow storm this place still provided good service. Wait time was slightly long but when all other fast food places either stopped service or had the longest wait/line in the world this place was still hustling. Props to the employees and owner for being there for the residents of princeton in a time of need. Thanks again!!

I recently moved here and wanted to give it a try. I gave it a 3 because 2.5 wasn’t available. The food is edible, I received the food hot, and the people there were very nice. Unfortunately the crab rangoons were undercooked and honestly overpriced (it didn’t seem like any crab meat was in it). We ordered the beef and broccoli and it was hard to chew. The vegetables were definitely al dente more on the undercooked side but the beef was so gamy and hard to eat as if they didn’t marinate it at all. We won’t be going back. It’s really unfortunate because I love Chinese food and had high hopes.

I am a regular at this place & it’s awesome! My “regular” meal I order is the Moo Shu Chicken – it’s amazing! It’s always fresh & hot even after driving the 16 miles home. And I am always treated very respectful and enjoy the staff here.
