New Panda Restaurant has great staff members that have great customer service skills. Certain employees don’t understand all words of the English language but that is okay. The food is high quality good food. The restaurant is definitely worth a try if your around the area. Keep up the good work ADDITIONALLY,The Menu is posted in my pictures of customers want to see. I got a chicken wing platter here yesterday, the wings tasted old. i don’t know if they fried them and put them in the fridge for a couple days then refried them or what but they definitely weren’t fresh. A ton of breading and no seasoning whatsoever.

Absolutely never again. Ordered boneless spare ribs & regular bone in for myself, mom, sister and fiancé. We all ended up sick with serious stomach pains. I don’t recommend this place, be wary of their food.

The woman at the front desk had extremely poor service. She was rude, impatient, and her face looked annoyed the entire time. Her attitude was so unpleasant that it completely ruined the experience. No customer should be treated with such disrespect.

Some dishes were excellent – beef and broccoli had tons of beef and was tasty, bbq ribs were meaty and plentiful. Some things were disappointing though – egg drop soup tasted like it was cooked/heated in a dirty pan, it tasted heavily of used oil and I ended up throwing it all out. Staff was super friendly though. Will probably give them another try and update rating accordingly.

My first time there i ordered 2 boneless spare ribs the only had one made i waited they offered me nothing for my inconvenience. Then they put no sauces or napkins in the bag. They refused delivery for only having my tab and a tip. Then tried to act like they were doing my a favor. The the woman started suggesting more food in order for then to deliver. Unsatisfactory

My boyfriend and I LOVE this place! we order delivery here at least twice a month. The general TSO’s is awesome. We also get BBQ beef sticks, my boyfriend loves these. It reminds him of a place he used to go to as a young kid. They have good quality food and they have been CONSISTENT, which is so important. Thanks guys!

I have been getting takeout and delivery from the folks at New Panda for over 5 years now. I work in Springfield and to be honest it’s the only place I will order “take out Chinese” from. Their food is always fresh and I have never had a problem with it ever being “off”. The owners are very friendly and work hard to produce a quality product day in and day out. They have a few things on their menu that is unique to them which is a welcomed change. Try any of their Ginger (shrimp / chicken), Mango (Shrimp, Chicken) and their version of a beef dim sum (comparable to a Japanese shumai). You won’t be disappointed.
