The location is a bit off the beaten path, but I heard they’re planning to move to an even better spot, which is great news. Highly recommend this place if you’re a fan of authentic seafood and a cozy, friendly atmosphere!
We ordered jumbalaya and cajun crab cake. While the service was excellent, environment was pleasant and inviting, the taste we found somewhat less appealing than the comparable setups elsewhere.
We were given complementary bread sticks with butter in the beginning, as well after dinner liquor.
We noticed long wait for customers outside while we were dining, so please make sure to reserve a table beforehand if you decide to visit.
Also, while reaching the place, we were put in a weird loop by Google maps near to the destination. So, it you are approaching from northern side, take care to do the turn around near Mary Jane’s instead of going inside the side road and getting into endless loop.
We shared a bottle of Riesling, which was fairly priced, and started with the crab cake appetizer, absolutely delicious! For our main, we split the jambalaya for two, which came loaded with mussels, shrimp, sausage, and white fish. Every bite was full of flavor.
The team made my friend feel really special with a birthday sundae and even treated us to a chocolate mint shot to finish off the meal. Such a lovely touch!
We both left full and happy, can’t wait to go back again soon. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great seafood, nice portions, and genuinely kind service.
We had the gumbo, crab cakes and jambalaya for two. Everything was very tasty and very well seasoned. Service was amazing and very attentive as well. We came as a table of two and they’ve split the appetizers to individual portions for us. The timing between dishes was perfect. Well worth the drive!
which was delicious with lught, flavorful breading, enjoyed some Blackened chicken, and 2 types of stake.. the birthday boy received a lovely ice cream bowl with a candle and Happy Birthday sign, the Spanish coffee was fabulous while the gratis “liquid dessert” and the visits to our table by the owner just added to great evening. Thank you for another unforgettable celebration and congratulations to your new location.
We had the new Orleans gumbo, crab cakes, and jambalaya. The jambalaya is advertised for 2 people but it’s more like 3 or 4! Definitely worth the price for the amount of protein. Can’t wait to come back
