I’ve lived in the Santa Fe Springs area for about 10 years now, and somehow, I never made it into Maggie’s Pub until today. The main reason? They’re closed on weekends (Saturday and Sunday), which always seemed to clash with our family schedule. But today we finally stopped by during the week, and wow I’m kicking myself for waiting so long!
We ordered the wings (which were crispy and flavorful) and the classic fish and chips for me. My wife went with the fried pickles (a perfect tangy, crunchy starter) and the roast beef sandwich. Everything tasted super fresh like it was made to order right then and it came out incredibly fast. Honestly, it has me scratching my head wondering how they pull off such quick service without sacrificing quality, but it’s true. The portions were generous, and the flavors were spot on.
We brought along our 10 month old, and our server, Sylvia, was absolutely amazing. She was so friendly, attentive, and made us feel completely welcome with a little one in tow no small feat in a pub setting.
If you’re in the area and haven’t tried Maggie’s yet (especially if your weekends are busy like mine), make the time during the week. Great food, speedy service, and a warm vibe definitely worth it. We’ll be back soon! 5 stars from this longtime local.

We have never been to Maggie’s Pub and are delighted we went. The atmosphere was exactly how we like it. We had fish and chips, and shepherd’s pie. The food was amazing, and the selection of beer was great to have. We enjoyed the time here and will visit again.

This was a place recommended by a family member. I was notdisappointed, the food and drinks were top-notch. Excellent customer service we were checked on frequently. The place is very friendly and lively. Very good and comfortable atmosphere. Food and drink prices are fair, not expensive, but not cheap. We got there around 7pm, so we avoided the cover charge. I will be back.

We have been eating here since the restaurant opened up in the late 80s. It seems to have changed quite a bit over the past few years. The food is still good, just not as good as it used to be. I was really disappointed in the fried fish. It was kind of rubbery and chewy, not flaky and tender like before. The potato fritters are still as delicious as ever, but now you have to pay for the Gravy that used to come with it. We ordered and picked up the food just like we have done for years. Last night however, I was stopped before entering the gate and asked if I was there for the band. When I replied that I was there to pick up an order, I was given a very confused look. After explaining that I had already ordered the food and was only there to pick it up, I was allowed in. To be honest, I really didn’t like being questioned at the door.

Maggie’s was pub has that old worn Irish Pub look and feel. Very much a locals spot with a full bar lots of space and a menu full of great dishes
Drinks are not overly expensive and service staff is friendly.
The wide variety of sandwiches is great and they fill them with choice meats..definitely must try their sandwiches!
Lots of parking and good music as well.
Enjoy!

Been many years since I was last here but now it feels more like a sports pub than a British pub. No longer have any British beers on tap and just Irish beers Guinness and Harp. Server wasn’t knowledgeable about beers and had to go to the bar to order as there was no beer list. The fish was still as good as I remembered but the fritters lacked salt and seasoning.

Came for a Christmas party. Great service. Very big for being a pub. Good for party’s, birthdays and any company events. The food was not too appealing. We had roast beef, macaroni & cheese and salads. I would come for the atmosphere

Hubby’s cousin chose this place for family to get together and catch up on life. It is midway between Hollywood, Anaheim and Seal Beach. Food portions and pours are generous. Comfortable place to hang out for a couple of hours reminiscing and toasting to the loss of spouses and siblings.

Really cool old school spot, good pub atmosphere, great service. The food just sucks. This place is right next to my work and I want to like it! But out of 5 meals ive had here, all of them have been just bad. Edible, but low quality and low effort
