Myself and everyone else was sold a refillable mug with five dollar refills as of a few days ago with no notice it went up to seven dollars nowhere on the sign promoting the mug did it say limited time only ,price subject to change ,all it said was five dollar refills.
So I noticed a few days before they raise the price to seven dollars they took away all the five dollar refill marketing, which was Normally all throughout the store. I think it’s unfair and shady business practice.

price to be seven dollar refills after you purchase it. They advertise a rewards program, but any employee at different locations will tell you that the rewards program does not actually work and they cannot get any customer service from the third-party that provides the rewards program so it’s essentially worthles just like the New Orleans Orginal Daiquiris app.

Very nice dark haired young woman working there. We made it there at 11:45 pm… last Thursday night. They close at midnight. She was very professional, friendly and gave great service.

Wasnt super fond of the service at this location. First time stopping in at this one, and the girl didnt tell me her name but the name on the receipt was Vivian. The store was kind of dark and the girl seemed like she rather didnt want to be there or we were a bother to her. Although the drinks were great, she was a little snippy and made us feel rushed to pick what we wanted. Normally i would hang out in establishments like this but kind of felt like id be a bother… I guess the idea of having the drive through is more convenient to them? Not sure.
