Just be prepared to sit in line at least 20 minutes, which has been consistent both of the times I’ve came here. Ordered a bowl of gumbo, received a cup. I didn’t realize the pasta had fried shrimp or I wouldn’t have ordered it, got home and shrimp was already soft and mushy. Tasted the Alfredo pasta, seriously, TV dinner frozen pasta Alfredo tastes better. If you just want a fried whatever platter you’re probably okay, but saying this place has good food would be a stretch. 3 Southern Girls is way better and priced better, go there so you’re not disappointed.

I have frequented this establishment for years but the service has declined to unacceptable levels recently. I am fed up and will not be visiting this location ever again. I stopped by to pick up an online order at the exact promised time and gave my name to the young lady at the register. She told me that my food wasn’t ready yet and I took a seat to wait patiently. After 10 minutes, I checked again on the order and she dismissed me saying it wasn’t ready. I waited another 10 minutes and then she proceeded to tell me that someone else had picked up my food already. How is that possible when I showed up at the exact order pickup time I was promised and had waited 20 minutes on top of that. Then she went to get a gentleman who worked in the kitchen to handle it because she couldn’t find my order in the system. Absolutely unacceptable! Not only was I lied to but I ended up having to wait 40 minutes total at the restaurant while they remade the food, for what should have been a simple pick up order. I do not appreciate being lied to!! I asked the young lady several times. Never once did it occur to her to tell me that my order had already been picked up. Instead, she lied and told me to keep waiting and didn’t check to see if my food was there. How am I being told my order is still being made and then told someone else already picked it up? On top of that, when I finally got my food after waiting 40 minutes, she didn’t even apologize! She handed me the food without a word like there was no problem at all! HORRIBLE customer service and attitude. I will not be returning to an establishment where my business is clearly not valued, and I am not respected at all as a customer. Shame on management for how poorly trained this young lady was. Do better. There is a chance I may visit a different location because the food truly is spectacular but I will never support this location again.

I ordered the shrimp remoulade, the shrimp were very tiny. It reminded me of the dry shrimp that use to come in a pack at gas station. The dressing was extremely tart and vinegary. I didn’t eat but a few bites. My son loved the gumbo, he said it was very good. You get a lot of shrimp with the shrimp plate, they were crispy. The poboy was also a hit, bread was very tender and flaky. No complaints on the rest of the food. The waiter was courteous and attentive

We are visiting for a cruise and we stopped in here by the seat of our pants just to try something new! Let me tell you the service is AMAZING, everyone is so sweet and respectful! Mo especially was our server and she absolutely gave us the best time! She was very welcoming, making sure everything was tasting up to par and that we were happy with everything. She is definitely one to have some great conversations with as well! If I’m ever back in town I will definitely come again and especially ask for Mo!!:))

When me and my cousin walked in a nice gentleman offer us menu while waiting in line. He told us they had lunch special for Friday! We decide to get the lunch special. We sat down having conversations when gentleman came with our order it was like 10 minutes. He was delicious everything was hot cooked perfectly!! Inside to nice and clean had wonderful scent in the restaurant!! It was great choice to have lunch!

Went to eat with family for my mother-in-law’s bday. Really good food for price. Everything was fresh. Only concern is the ice cream. Not sure what it is and wouldn’t recommend. The waitress was amazing. I also realized she was the only waitress within the restaurant. She was amazing. I didn’t get her name, but she did an amazing job to handle our party and multiple other tables.
