I will never walk into this establishment again the manager is extremely disrespectful & dishonest. I stop here to order a simple item off the menu where the prices were already displayed I requested to egg rolls for under $3 a piece. The manager entered my items for purchasing. I paid for the items and when i received them she only gave me one at 2 times the price. When i asked for a refund she got aggressive and said the prices were wrong on the menu & refused to give me a refund till i had to almost get confrontation. Save your hard earned money and go somewhere else. If i could give them zero stars i would.

It may have been good if they hadn’t burned the rice!! I have never seen fried rice that dark like chocolate. When I tasted it I immediately knew why because it was burned. As if they scorched the soy sauce. The lady working the window is rude also. She places her hand out for payment but returns it to you by sliding it down the counter to you. She’s very rude. I will be returning that rice to them and I have pictures of this travesty. Paid for extra shrimp and it’s barely any shrimp to begin with. In a neighborhood where they are the only option for some. They have no competition for them to do better. I will say this a few people entered the restaurant and placed a order or had called one in. That just says everybody doesn’t know great Chinese food cause that’s not it.

It’s been years since I had some rice from here so I decided to stop by coming inside the building the lady that was placing orders & taking the money had a small altercation with two other women about the prices so they decided to walk out and I was next picking up my pick up order paid the money for my food and I also asked for extra duck sauce and told her she can charge me for it. she gave me three extra duck sauce. and threw them to me smh very rude . I will not be attending this place never again . Rice was a very dark color & over cooked

I have seen several reviews about the lady taking orders and money and just wanted to AGREE!! She is very rude, she hung up on us when we gave her our order, we didn’t even know if she understood what we wanted. When we got there the price posted was not the price that was charged. We got 2 house fried rice $10.95 each, total came to $31! when we asked her where the additional charge came from she said “we added on $2 more to make $14 each” i’m sorry but $10.95 plus $2 is not $14!! she threw the reciept down and wouldn’t explain anymore. why am i not being charged the posted price??? will not be eating here again!!

Delicious, friendly, get your moneys worth Chinese restaurant. The location isn’t the best in the world but it’s near the FedEx terminal so it works for me. Every time I’m in Memphis I always stop by here and grab a bite to eat. I would recommend to anyone if your nearby and need a place to eat and grab a quick bite. Lock your doors though when you go inside haha

Service was terrible, the lady work the front counter she is the manager she was totally disrespectful the food was so horrible I would never go there again!! The best place to go to is Wok Roll and the address is 3305 Winchester Rd, Memphis, TN 38118 they have the best Chinese food I promise you won’t be disappointed!

I won’t be using this restaurant again, I cannot believe them. I ordered two chicken with Chinese vegetables on lunch special and paid credit card. But they didn’t give me the receipt. I checked paid history, and they put on $20.69 for my order. ($10.345/one menu) Lunch special menu is $8.75, so plus tax total is about $9.5. So they took $2 additional fee without notice. And I ordered Chicken, but there was no meat in it. Taste is not bad, but not clean.
