We stopped in on a Saturday afternoon, before leaving town after a family reunion. We were NOT disappointed! My Mom had a dish of creamcicle, I had a 16oz creamcicle shake, and my son’s friend had a creamcicle sundae topped with gummi bears. My son had a 16oz Monster Cookie shake. My fiance had a 16oz “Heat and Humidity” shake, but replaced the lemon flavored ice cream with black cherry, and didn’t get the lemon cookies in it. It was all SOOO delicious! Our total was only $25.50 for all 5 of us. Everyone was so friendly in there… staff and customers. Next time we go there I plan to check out that Key Lime Pie flavor! We strongly suggest that if you find yourself in New Hartford, Iowa… You find your way to the Creamery! It’s right off Main St!

Wow! A scooped ice cream shop like the old days! The Creamery has about 12 different flavors of ice cream that rotate all the time. The flavors are so good, made with real cream. The interior of the store is an eclectic mix of antique/vintage items. They have a huge candy bin, so if you need a piece or two, they got you. They do shakes, banana splits, etc. But we usually just get scoops. Nice outdoor seating in the afternoon/evening shade. We will always come back!

Ice cream flavor was fun and super yummy (I think it was like a berry truffle). Also had an oatmeal chocolate chip zucchini cookie- it was so light, fluffy, and delicious!

We take the kids there all the time love all the flavors of ice cream. Great place to take the family for a treat and not break the bank. Love taco Tuesdays for lunch. Walking taco pop and a scoop of ice cream or 10 pieces of candy all hit the spot. Definitely recommend low prices friendliest service and support local small town business

This place is amazing! The ice cream and service are both excellent. There were a lot of ball games the other night who went after ours and they stayed open and served everybody and the line went down the block, truly. This is a great place for you to stop and have some delicious ice cream and small town Midwest friendliness. BTW, The nostalgia and the prices are both a throwback about 20 years.
