I’ve been getting takeout a couple times a month from here for around a year now and have no real complaints whatsoever. The only wait times have been when I ordered immediately after they started up for the week on Tuesdays which tells me that they take maintaining their equipment well. The food is always great. The same guy has cashed me out each time I’ve ordered and he’s pretty friendly, I imagine the rest of the staff are nice folks as well but have not met them, he seems to get along well with the bar guests that I’ve observed as well. I generally leave a small tip even though I’m just picking up to show I appreciate him.

The prices are good, but also, you get what you pay for. Rice is mushy, crab Rangoon’s are SUPER sweet, rice noodle was really plain, the chicken wings were good though!

The dining room is not open so we ordered our food to go. The man who attended us was very polite. Neither my friend nor I had ever been there, so we did not know what to expect, but we were very pleasantly surprised. The food was delicious. We each ordered something different and it was all good. The servings were generous, and moderately priced. We will definitely go back.

Food was beyond disgusting not to mention burnt..when I called to complain the manager thought it was funny and said are you sure it’s not the sauce..what kind of management is that and clearly they were trying to cover up the burnt dried food with sauce..would not recommend to anyone first and last time I’d ever eat here again..

I sure like this place. The portions are large so we always get a second meal out of it. Prices aren’t too bad at all. And the service is very quick. I wish they’d open up the dining room again though. Are you still like to go in there and have dinner.

Haven’t been to Happy Family in years passing thru decided to stop in to see New Happy Family as stated on sign – I ordered soup and crab Rangoon’s to go – food was delicious but the restaurant itself hasn’t been taken care of – I arrived at 12noon two people left as I came in no other people inside – very nice tall oriental waited took my order – as I waited I got a chance to look around – the restaurant has not been cleaned properly in years, the walls have shadows of things taped to wall that was removed – the carpet need to be replaced very soiled – the ceiling has black dust in corners, down seams and streaming out all vents thru out, dish tray holding glasses very soiled, fish tank not cleaned and 3/4 full, glass doors and not cleaned from finger prints , display area covered in dust – they need a professional to come in and clean, fresh paint and carpet thru out, bright lights – bring this place back to its glory it was years ago
