We came as a group of three and ordered the West Lake beef soup, sour and spicy beef, pork & chicken hot pot, dry-fried green beans, and sweet and sour pork ribs. Everything tasted very good and quite authentic. The flavors were well balanced and comforting. Overall, it’s a great place for a family meal or a casual gathering. Would definitely come back.

We ordered takeout on Valentines Day & of course they were very busy; nevertheless our order was ready when the order taker predicted. Food portions were very generous & delicious. The Hot & Sour soup contained less tofu than on previous visits but was still delicious according to my partner. The lemon chicken & the dry breaded pork ribs were my favourite. Very friendly staff & reasonable pricing of generous portions. A definite asset to our neighbourhood.

Food is always hot. Even when crazy busy only an hour wait. Prices are great for the quality and quantity. Honey spice beef with ginger is the best and most unique dish an absolute must order ( not the traditional ginger beef but awesome) spent a lot for many dishes and lots of leftovers.

We’ve done take out twice now, the portions are big and the food is just the best (best northern Chinese we’ve ever eaten) the battered chicken balls are not greasy and the coating doesn’t outweigh the chicken. So good!! All ingredients taste fresh and are so delicious! Friendly service just A++

A great place to have dinner or lunch. The ambient of this place is really interesting and gives out vintage vibes. The food is very delicious and very much flavorful. They go really balanced on their spices unless you want your spices to be controlled according to you. There was a woman who served us and she is really helpful with ordering and choosing your food. We were also served consomé soup before our dinner was served. I really enjoyed my food here.

Our go to place for a Friday night treat. All items are tasty, fresh tasting and the portions are large. Favourites include spring rolls that are large and home made. Dry breaded ribs are a must for us as well. All in all, a good take out or meal out.
