It was opening day, so the drive-thru line was extremely long, and there were almost no parking spots available. However, there were so many employees outside directing traffic and organizing everything that the wait wasn’t too bad. After parking and walking in, I was able to place my order in less than a minute, and I received my food in about 10 minutes. There seemed to be at least 50 staff members inside and outside the store. It’s really impressive considering how hard it is to find workers these days. In-N-Out is truly remarkable. The place was clean, the food was delicious, and the service was excellent.

We ordered on a busy night an order to go. We waited quite a while but understood it was busy. But when 4-5 numbers after is were called we finally asked. He went offer and looked and grabbed a bag and gave it to us. We love 3 mins exactly from there and all the food was cold. I’m afraid it had been sittingfor a while sadly. The was our first experience with an in/out burger, ever, so really disappointed

I was just at this location for the first time yesterday. I ordered a Double Double, Fries, and Two Burgers. Fries were Good but the burgers and condiments were terrible! I ordered the identical items last week at the Surprise Location on Bell Road. Excellent!

Silver waited on me and was super nice about my celiac allergy (gluten) and just extremely kind in general. Someone in the back put my fries in the non allergy tray with a burger that a had a bun (gluten). We ordered more fries and Silver brought them out himself to me. Very kind, wish more people were genuinely as kind as him. For reference: Order #s were 14 & 34 and it’s the 21st of Jan. 🙂

The drive thru was busy and the dining area too, we waited for only 10 mins for our order, staff were attentive and pleasant. My kids loved that the taste was the same a Cali’s but much better quality, fries were fresh and delicious as expected! Great atmosphere and the staff didn’t seem they were rushing, they had more than enough staff to still give the expected great customer service experience.

The service at In-N-Out is always a great experience. The food is ALWAYS and I mean ALWAYS hot. I cannot eat here too often but when I do I make it worth while. The mustard fried burgers are the ABSOLUTE BEST along with the fries which are really good fries. The atmosphere in the parking lots was nice and calm. I people watch and watch the drivers try to avoid each other. The drive through line runs like a well oiled machine actually this whole eatery runs so smooth. Love going to this eatery, keep up the AWESOME JOB In-N-Out employees you ROCK.

I have eaten at 4-5 different In ‘n Outs in the west Valley and I have come to expect the same good burger every time. Not tonight! Very dry bun and cold meat patty. This was very much below the standard every other I&O I have ever visited.

Our VERY first time eating at the famous in-n-out restaurant and we loved it! Burgers and fries, that’s it. The kids requested that we go back again, so that’s what we did. We enjoyed eating here.

Fun place for a great cheeseburger. Limited menu but offers a “protein burger” too that replaces the usual bun with crisp lettuce around the burger – very good and diet conscious! Price is very modest for the excellent quality, and staff is always super friendly and welcoming!
