The definition of just ok. Not great, not terrible. Everything was prepared as expected. Order was taken efficiently, no attempt to upsell. They accommodated me by putting the cheeseburger on a hoagie roll. Mozzarella was ok. The marinara was “garden” style, slightly chunky. It gave it a fresh flavor. The cheeseburger sub had fresh ingredients, NO SEASONING… The employees were being very loud, complaining about some female employee who wasn’t showing up. nuggets 5/10⭐️ dry and dark, that is, as if they were sung in old butter, cheeseburger and hamburger 7/10⭐️ a little bland but overall normal. my husband rated them 9/10⭐️ they didn’t fall apart and that’s the main thing
and finally there are no complaints 10⭐️ ↔️
the staff, as always, are nice and smiling, for me this is more important than food I recommend this place

I usually order stromboli which has always been good. However I switched it up and could not be more disappointed. I ordered Pasta and sausage topped with cheese and we received ravioli with sausage. The sausage was sub par. I also ordered the chicken Parm which was so soggy, I could not eat it. The sauce was tasteless. I actually found a piece of grizzle in the chicken. How does that even happen. The rolls were slathered with butter and parsley and not toasted. For $36 dollars I will not be ordering this ever again, and I highly recommend you to skip it as well.

I would strongly advise against eating here. The entire experience, from the quality of the food to the demeanor of the staff, was completely unacceptable.
The food was universally poor:
• Wings: So incredibly salty that they were almost inedible.
• Fries: Tasted stale and heavy, clearly cooked in old, dirty oil.
• Pizza: The dough was undercooked and undone, making the pizza soggy and unpleasant.
To top off the miserable food, the customer service absolutely sucked. The staff was unwelcoming and unhelpful.
I will never eat here again due to the reasons mentioned above. Save your money and your appetite, and go somewhere else.

Ordered chicken wings last night. They always have been good, BUT LAST NIGHT FOUND WHAT APPEARS TO BE A CHICKEN BONE IN IT. If Had not detected bone could have meant Respiratory Distress or Death.
