I’ve been going to New Deli for years, everything I’ve had there is delicious, so simple but bursting in flavor. My faves are the Chipotle chicken sandwich, the Cobb Salad, the Chicken sandwiches(all of them) and the soups. There’s too many to mention! Go give it a try and grab an oatmeal cookie, you won’t regret it!!

The sandwiches are fresh and filling. Delicious!!! If you have not tried this place, you should try it. I ordered a Ceasar Salad and a chipotle sandwich. I can only fit one half of the sandwich and saved the other half for later. I’m glad I found this place.

The greatest most delicious organic made from scratch deli in the whole Bay Area. They grill their buns their soups are succulent. A hidden gem been around for 20 years worth the drive to Pinole. Every time I work near there I get my fix.

Last time I went there I ordered a pastrami sandwich on Dutch crunch and I gave it to me on a hard roll. This wouldn’t be so bad except for this is the tomato that they put in my sandwich. Who puts the top of a tomato in a sandwich? Constant mistakes and the chaotic kitchen. Sorry guys, this place has potential but you really need to get your system together.

Had a Rubin it was almost perfect except for 2 things. They used to much grill oil/butter/vegetable oil to crisp the marble rye bread, It tasted oily. Second the pastrami was mostly stacked on one side of the sandwich, one quarter had no meat on it at all. It is a shame they almost made a perfect rubin sandwich. Great ingredients, wonderful service, just missed the mark.
