They appear to be struggling when it comes to decor when dining in. However, if you are looking for fast, fresh, and yummy takeout, New China Moon is where you MUST go. I cannot get enough of their house made duck sauce. It’s got a little more of a vinegar kick to it, but it uniquely goes with so many of their dishes. The guy at the register can come across as gruff at times, but he is actually super considerate and just really focused on his job. I can honestly say that my take out has never been wrong here because of him.

Ordered the combination/house fried rice. There was no flavor in the rice with a yellow tint no soy…and the pork cut into small slices and meat was minced and the shrimp very small. The beef broccoli was terrible, had no flavor. Even the sauce was a light color no taste. The egg rolls were just stuffed with cabbage no with on small shrimp. I’ve had much better in smaller towns.

New ownership, they are all business here. Prices have gone up portions have stayed the same or at times you have got your money’s worth. The menu has been updated and very classy and there are more selections of meals. They are always busy to being packed ( that is a good thing in my opinion. ) The best way to order is online, great app, easy to figure out and maneuver. You should pay online as that speeds up the process when you get there or you can pay there. My only small complaint is like all other places they are passing the convenience fee for using any card back on you, so use cash if you don’t want to add that fee on to your total price of your bill. In my honest opinion this place is the best place to get your Chinese fix.

Ok the obvious, i drive an 18wheeler across united states, but most importantly is that i am from New York city, where we have the best Chinese restaurants in every other block,ok i have across this country thrown away 18 to 20 dollars in meals,but this place i order my favorite chicken with garlic sauce, immediately i tasted the sauce and knew i wasn’t going to like it…its soupy with alittle oil thats it no flavor at all iam so b lucky i have chili paste and teriyaki sause from panda my favorite out here…i never pass up panda anywhere they are just special fadfood Chinese food and fresh the rice white was good the ingredients was also good but the star of the dish was poor,now to my shrimp lomein, i took a couple of bites to taste it and its normal tasting ,every Chinese restaurant in America specializes in these own way …i will come back to try this place againbut going to order other dishes as i am in love with Chinese food,so this is just a heads up on the chicken with garlic sauce i try only these was no garlic sauce..goodluck

The food was very cold after being told it wasn’t ready yet and would be another ten minutes. When we got home (four minutes later) we learned the only thing in our order that was hot was the hot and sour soup and only my husband will eat that. I called to let them know this and after five minutes on hold was told to bring all of the food back and they would make it again. Due to an ice storm I don’t have electricity it is 8:00 pm and I don’t want to deal with. So much for a hot meal to wane me up. The young man I spoke to was very nice and understanding but it was his boss who gave the instructions. No longer my favorite Chinese restaurant.
