Chicken Chop Suey waa good. The chop suey came with rice and it actually was good.
Young hostess was friendly. BUT, the older lady does not look friendly. As I waited for my order, she shoved a chair back under the table I sat at startling me and the chair next to me actually struck my leg. For whatever reason she didn’t look happy.
A buffet was available but did look appealing to me. The restaurant was busy though. The interior is not necessarily inviting nor aesthetically pleasing. With the number of people inside is a good indicator of the value of the buffet.
There is a separate menu for specific foods not a part of the buffet. I didn’t take any pictures because i was hungry and ate outside.

Edit: This is my favorite Chinese buffet in the valley and I have been to all of them. It really comes down to flavor, price, and vibes. I find myself more satisfied here than at buffets with sushi and Mongolian grills. I like that stuff too, but you pay more to have it and you probably don’t eat any more than you would here. I come here to cheer myself up. I absolutely love them here.
In terms of value this place is incredible. The food is very good for a buffet, definitely worth coming in for take out which was a popular option. It’s not a huge selection which I think is great because everything is replaced more frequently. The egg rolls are not the crappy frozen ones, I’m pretty sure they’re hand rolled but either way they’re much better than most buffets.
Bonus points because they have a bike rack in full view of where you sit.

New China is excellent. It’s the perfect place for lunch or dinner. I had lunch buffet for just under $8. They have a small buffet but it’s filled with all your favorites. Lots of broccoli, and vegetable dishes, fried fish, egg rolls, 2 soups, chicken, beef, and shrimp. Drink included. It’s nothing fancy but it’s as tasty and fresh as any other buffet I’ve seen.

I’ve been there plenty of times and they always have good chow mein and good orange chicken and rats on the stick are real good there too try it out be satisfied New China off of 16th Street and Southern in the plaza they got various appetizers and they got really good rice all their food is always steaming hot so anytime you go there you can buy a big plate and they got good prices and they give you good deals and if you’re ever in the mood for Chinese food and is in the area of 16th Street and Southern look it up New China it’s in the plaza where Safeway is at highly recommended if you have any questions let me know I will answer back
