Absolutely DISGUSTING!! Worse food ever! people that work there are upset kinda treat you like you go and eat for free! OVERPRICED by a lot, first time trying it and I will never go back to that place.. Bathroom is absolutely dirty and like they never even bother to clean so I’m genuinely concern how their sanitization with food is, I even feel sick after eating there, didn’t even finish it cause was really bad. They don’t offer you any water nor napkins nothing like I understand that is a takeout place for the most part but they do have sitting so at least should treat people with dignity.

I ordered beef fried rice. The beef was grey, the rice just seemed steamed. It was mushy and tasteless. The fortune cookies even seemed off. There are plenty of better Chinese restaurants around, skip this place.

My family has been ordering here for 13 years and now that I’m in college I’m sad I can’t order it since it’s far from me. But anytime I come home I look forward to ordering from here since the food is always scrumptious and so so good. It’s always hot and never have to wait long for it. I was shocked when I saw the reviews but after looking through them I see 99% of the low reviews are because they ordered through doordash or ubereats. I’ve heard from other restaurants that they prefer people order to pick up since it’s easier that way and the apps can be confusing. Since it’s so easy to just call to order I recommend everyone to just call instead!! I’m sure getting the food is much faster too. Never had more than 30 min. wait (usually always 5-20). Anyways food is great order from here. Period

My family and I have ordered from here for at least 10 years. Their food is always delicious and it’s nice to see familiar faces. However, with my working closely to the building I have taken it upon myself to door dash the food to me. A couple days ago a friend/co worker of mine ordered 2 general tso lunches with egg rolls and a drink. Door dash showed up with a tightly knitted bag (as new china always ties it) so we knew it wasn’t tampered with. We only received 1 drink (correct) 2 egg rolls (correct) and 1 general tso (incorrect, supposed to be 2) door dash was no help due to it not being tampered with. We reached out to new china with the receipt and asked if we could get the other lunch. The woman gave us grief and nearly refused to do it even though we provided proof it wasn’t given to us. Finally after my friend persisted that she wanted her food she spent over $20, they gave it to her when she showed up with the receipt and food we received. The woman was rude and cold. This was a mistake on their part, not ours so we were highly unimpressed with the lack of professionalism and sadly after over 10 years of my loyalty to them I will not be ordering again.

Currently waiting a response from doordash who has forwarded my case to the appropriate team to help. But metal shavings were found in my food. I got the shrimp with vegetables and it came with white rice. It was the rice that had it in it. Didn’t realize until it stabbed me in the gums. Will not be ordering from here again

Very satisfied with this place! The food is always hot and fresh and the Rangoon is absolutely delicious. I love this place so much that I come all the way from the west side of Hamilton to get takeout from them.
