Ordered 2 thin crusts pizzas this evening. Neither one seemed to have any sauce on them. Both were dry and not what we’re used to from this location. The food is usually hot, made perfectly and delicious. Decided to try the new cheesy tots and even they were burned on the bottom. Very disappointed this time.

This location always manages to get something wrong. Either you’re waiting in your car for 15 minutes for a car side order that’s supposed to be in under 2 minutes, food isn’t cooked all the way through, or the order is just wrong.

Ordered my usual Chicken Parm sandwich and this is what I got. As someone who worked in food service and customer service for half of my life, I’m honestly just disappointed that someone there thought this was good enough to package up and give a paying customer. The sandwich was not edible because it was so burnt on the outside. I would have been fine if you would have called me and said it was going to be late because you had to remake it. Management, I don’t want free stuff. I’d like the crew on duty the night of 11/13/21 to be spoken to about how this isn’t cool. Thank you.

Customer service is very good but Barely ANY sausage on pizza. Really Owner.. You need more than one little bit on each slice. should be double at least. Can’t compete with Yeasty Beasty or Mendys being so stingy with your toppings. I’ll pay a little more for toppings I can see and taste

Ordered online, drove into town, am told that they had to remake 1 of the pizzas. Offered me a free soda, get my order drive back home, open box of pizza that did not get remade and every.single.slice was burned to some degree. Shame on me for not checking, shame on them for 0 quality control. Said they would send a coupon for another pizza. **UPDATE** 3 weeks later and still haven’t recieved coupon. Awesome customer service.

Most things are pretty good here, but they don’t make the buffalo chicken pizza right. I can’t say whether or not this is my personal opinion, because they’ve been making it “incorrectly” the entire time they’ve been open, but another domino’s I’ve had this at makes it different. In place of the usual red sauce, this location seems to put some kind of creamy white sauce, but other locations use buffalo sauce. I can’t taste buffalo sauce on this pizza at this location, and this used to be my favorite. They do a drizzle of it on top but it’s nowhere near enough.
