I literally JUST ordered from.this place, and, I wish I could enter a review without leaving any stars. This place is trash. The food quality is below average, customer service is even worse. I ordered a pizza special with a sub and 2 can Sodas. Its listed on the menu for 20.99. I added 4 wings with fries and barbecue sauce in the side @8.99 + $1.00 for the sauce.. I was given a total of $35.00..when they driver arrived, I paid for the food, but, was not given the sodas. When I called the store back, the person who took order, told me that the total was correct and that it didnt come with Sodas. I specifically stated that I was using the coupon on the back of the menu which CLEARLY states that the order comes with soda. After some back and forth, he hung up on me, only for me to discover that I also do NOT have the barbecue sauce that I was charged extra for.. the pizza is top tier garbage. No sauce, cheese; nonexistent, and tastes like struggle. The fried are soggy and soft, and, the sub is not worth mentioning apart from clarifying that it was tasteless. They played. And, for $35, it was well worth it for me to write this review. NEVER AGAIN.

I really like their food. The food is very tasty, the quality is excellent, and the packaging is also very good. They deliver very quickly. I have tried several of their items and really enjoyed them. I am very happy to have halal and high-quality food available from them in Baltimore. Thank you, New American Best Wings & Pizza.

Placed a carryout order for pizza and wings. Both surpassed my expectations!!! I really wasn’t expecting such high quality and professionally made food in such a short period of time waiting. This is definitely going on my top 5 list of favorite pizza/wings in Baltimore!!!

Staff is discourteous and rude. They do whatever they can to not give you the options that you order up to and including trying to charge extra at the register once the order has already been paid for. They offer a variety of seasonings for their wings and fry combos but then refuse to actually put the seasoning on the item stating that the whole wings do not get seasoning. If this is true then they should adjust their website so that it does not reflect having seasoning for whole wings as an option. One of the cashiers made a extremely rude comment to me so when I invited him outside to say it again he decided to reverse course and call the police. The chicken wings are decent size and flavor, The french fries are mediocre at best occasionally the pizza slices are good but today it was a stale and cold order I received. Based on the unannounced menu changing from an online order to when you pick it up but more importantly the shitty service from the shitty staff member I’ll never ordered from here again. Today was a matter of convenience and location but Nick’s Pizza is right up the street and I’ll crawl on my hands and knees backwards because couple of blocks rather than order from here again.

The Lady that answered the phone did not care about what I was saying to her all the concerns about my order after spending over $65 letting them Know that my order was incorrect.
She did not understand what I was saying. Anna wanted me to place another order I know my money spend elsewhere. This is an establishment that my money will not be spent anymore. People tolerate this in their neighborhood because there is nowhere else for them to go, but I know better, so when you know better, you do better , Inshallah

I just ordered half cheese half ground beef with peppers, but they messed the whole pizza up not doing half and half. My sandwich supposed to have tomato and ketchup. I call to complain he goes I have nothing to do with online you have to call online. So they sent the order through door dash which I could have did myself and made a complaint and at least got my money back so now he tryn be ignorant and talk crap.
