This was an online pick up order so service and atmosphere is didnt really experience. But the food was kind of disappointing.
I came here when they first opened and was quite impressed so today I ordered the alexa+bacon…$3.75 extra for 2 kinda burnt bits of bacon was a little disappointing and the tomato not being cored (personal preference) and little to no avocado…the bagel is decent but the fillings skimpy for $13.25.
I ordered a few single bagels that were all different sizes.
I really like their cream cheese but the spicy one wasn’t spicy this time so that was disappointing, the veggie and garlic ones were great tho!

My friend and I go to Nervous Charlie’s several times a month. The seasonal bagels are our favorites and we love to see so many things rotating on the menu, and always look forward to seeing what they will come up with next. The bagels are always so yummy and fresh, the staff is kind, and the service is always fast!

Love the Bagels, but don’t come in with just cash in your pocket, they accept the same in their tip jar but you’ll have to pay with some sort of card or use your digital device. This is the 2nd time I visited and didn’t have a way to pay other than cash(my mistake, I forgot the 1st). As great as the bagels are, there will not be a 3rd. I’m a retired person, can’t appreciate the growing number of businesses with this practice.

The bagels here are delicious. They have a nice chew to them and are perfect as part of one of the breakfast sandwiches. It’s hard to go wrong getting the Classic. The eggs were cooked perfectly, and the protein and cheese brought it all together. I recommend getting it with the everything bagel, which had a good amount of seasoning. Definitely check this place out if you are looking for some great bagels and breakfast sandwiches.

This was my first time visiting this place – I ordered two bagels with cream cheese – one garlic, one everything, I really enjoyed both, but would probably stick with the everything bagel because I liked the blend, it was garlic forward, but also a little salty, which I liked.
I also think their merch is really cute and got a shirt.

I was drawn here because Nervous Charlie’s has been voted best bagels in Austin several years running and this locations opened October 2023. Unfortunately the service and product didn’t live up to expectations.
Tips: cash in not accepted here and ordering is either done via touchscreen kiosk in-person or online via Toast. Online orders can be picked up through a glass window, around the corner from the main entrance. There is a decent amount of parking around the shopping area.
Experience: When you order, the screens tell you what is or is not available, yet in my case, two of the bagels that I ordered were not available and I was made aware of that 10 minutes after I placed my order in-person. My total wait time, for two sandwiches and two “half dozen” bagels, was 21 minutes at an off-peak time with 6-7 staff visible in back. Shortly after I left, I realized that the order was missing two cream cheeses ($7 each) and the staff combined the two “half dozen” bagel orders ($12 each) into one massive paper bag. Both of the foil wrapped sandwiches were cold and the sticker labels distinguishing the Classic ($8) from the Longhorn ($11), were reversed. For $62 in total cost and 21 minutes of waiting, I’d expect a lot more. While the sandwiches were cold and bagels seemingly a day old, it tasted like quality ingredients are used, so I can understand why folks like this place but under better circumstances. I don’t think that I’ll be back to try it again though.

Great bagel. Supper slow service. The other mid town place that I 1st discovered much better service. But bagels are best around!

So pumped to FINALLY get a good bagel spot in Cedar Park! I’ve heard a lot of great things about Nervous Charlie’s, and it definitely lived up to the hype. The place has a very cool vibe, especially the tons of photos they have of doggos on the wall! Service was friendly, food came out quick, and an overall great first impression. I lived in New York for 12 years, and can confidently say this is probably the best bagel/bacon, egg, and cheese I’ve ever had in Texas. Bagel was toasted perfectly, bacon was nice and crisp, and the fried eggs with cheese made for a delectable breakfast sandwich. I also tried the French toast bagel with cream cheese, and HOLY COW, it was melt in your mouth good. Nice healthy dollop of cream cheese on the bagel-no skimping here! When I went this morning, the line was out the door so expect to have a little wait before you can order. I can’t wait to be a regular here, and will absolutely be back soon to try their lunch. RUN, don’t walk, to Nervous Charlie’s!

Just stopped by for the first time this morning and the cinnamon toast bagel with honey walnut cream cheese was delicious. Great service too. 10/10 would eat again!

So. Freakin. Good. My husband and I just moved to the area from NYC where we had a Saturday morning tradition of getting bagel sandwiches. We thought there was no way we would find decent bagels in TX…man were we wrong! One bite in and we both said this was better than any bagel we had tried in NYC. We have found our new Saturday AM bagel spot. Thank you Nervous Charlie’s!!!
