Neptuno’s Club / Neptunos Restaurant was an amazing daytime experience from start to finish. The vibes were perfect, the food tasted absolutely spectacular, and the atmosphere made it even better. They have comfortable beach beds to relax on, and you can jump straight into the beach whenever you want, which really makes the experience unique and fun.
Our waiter, Jeffery, was outstanding—fast, attentive, and always making sure we had everything we needed. The service was excellent all around. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back!

Neptuno’s Club is a fantastic spot for seafood lovers. The atmosphere is lively and welcoming, perfect for both a relaxed lunch or a fun evening out. Their fresh seafood dishes are beautifully presented and full of flavor. The staff is attentive and professional, making you feel well taken care of. Grossly overpriced 3x than reasonal prices. Service sub standard especially with the extra premium prices, menus old and dirty, service is poorly managed, tables without menus, no one to ask for drinks or food unless you grab passing waiters. The hostesses were rude and honestly, I am not sure if they know anything about the restaurant they work for, not helpful at all and entitled. The ceviche was good but not $40 good. Very sad. Left after waiting an hour for just the appetizer.

The ambience truly cannot be beat. It was such a beautiful restaurant overlooking the water. And our waiter was super nice. The food was amazing although a bit pricey. Everyone should be aware that there is a 30% added tax to the final bill.

I have been coming back to Neptuno‘s for 25 years, today my Husband wanted to surprise me with Birthday Drinks and lobster dinner… we were then informed by the receptionist that they have a minimum coverage of RDS 4,000… we left straight away !!!! I really don’t need a receptionist telling me how much money I have to leave in a restaurant. So attract the big bucks from SDQ , I WILL NOT BE COMMING BACK. Calculate yourself, we love cocktails and Champagne and lobster… we went to the neighbors StTropez… much better service anyway

Our experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. I went with 6 family members, expecting to enjoy a nice meal by the sea, but from the moment we arrived, things went downhill.
First, the entrance policy is completely absurd: two of my relatives were wearing closed Crocs sandals, and in order to be allowed in, the staff required them to remove their socks. Nobody could give us a reasonable explanation for this rule. How is it possible that a restaurant located literally on the beach does not allow this kind of footwear? It makes no sense at all.
Second—and most importantly—the food was terrible. We ordered 6 different dishes, and every single one was poorly prepared, tasteless, and low quality. None of us could finish our meals. Paying high prices for food this bad, along with such disrespect toward customers, is simply unacceptable.
In conclusion: if you want to waste your money and leave disappointed, go to Neptuno
. But if you are truly looking for good food, good service, and a pleasant experience, this is definitely NOT the place.
