The owners and staff are genuinely the friendliest people in town. You always feel welcome and valued. The food is always fresh, piping hot and delicious. You wouldn’t think it because you go for the fish but the chicken tenders are amazing! Thick white meat so tender, juicy and light. Yet very filling. The customer service though… it’s unbeatable.

I never leave reviews but felt this one was necessary. First time there, went on my lunch break. The gentleman who took my order (possibly the owner) was extremely nice and helpful. I selected the fish and shrimp and it was delicious. I come from Corpus Christi and I have been trying to find good fried seafood. I’ve found it here at Neptune’s. The service was also fast and i was out the door in less than 10 minutes.

This is mine and my boyfriend’s favorite place to eat seafood! We go eat there every couple of weeks. The Ortega’s, the owners, are so nice and friendly! The staff is great too! Prices are affordable and the burger place they own across the street is good too!

The staff was friendly and the food was very good. I felt that the french fries could have been cooked more. They were cooked but I prefer them to be a bit more crispy. The cocktail sauce was brought in a little cup. They normally bring it in a bottle like the ketchup, I imagine they are trying to stop waste.
