This place has more great food to offer besides ribs. The haddock and shrimp fish dinner is delicious, along with the potato salad and green beans..all delectable comfort food items. Top it all off with a desert and you’ve found Buffalo’s hidden gem for true soul food!

My friends and I go to Nephew’s bbq every other Friday because we enjoy not only the food, but the atmosphere, the music and the service. I always get the rib dinner (compares to Lee’s Ribs on Fillmore) with potato salad (so bomb), and then add on a slice of cheesecake. For the drink, I get the Precious Paradise (it’s so fruity and delicious). Everything is great! Everyone is very welcoming! Tionne, the server is a little sweetheart and I absolutely love her! I highly recommend! We go to chill, mingle, vibe and listen to music and eat delicious food! I always look forward to my Fridays here!

Initially I gave Nephews 5 stars across. After my last encounter I had to edit my review. Previously I ate in and the food was very good. It appears if you decide on take-out……well….let’s just say good luck. During this latest visit I was greeted with a sewage smell as soon as I entered. We sat at the bar, ordered a couple of drinks and ordered food to go (1/2 chicken BBQ and a 20 piece wing order). When we got home we found the 1/2 chicken was more of a 1/2 cornish hen with no breast or wing. Just a drumstick, a thigh and a back. Yup a back…seriously?. How do you consider a 1/2 of a chicken with no breast or wing. IJS. The wings were not much better. True to form, all drums (no flats). One thing that will lose customers is a lack of consistency. I will NEVER go or order from here again.

The person taking my order by phone was extremely patient and friendly! Ensured that I understood all my options. My order was ready when I arrived and the front end staff seemed very competent. My daughter and I really enjoyed our meal. I wasn’t there long enough to truly absorb the atmosphere but the limited time I did, it was solid & peaceful

I was amazed by the atmosphere inside. Please do not let the outside deter your decision to go inside. You will not be disappointed. It is such an amazing place to take someone out for dinner, drinks or just to go and vibe out to the music and ppl there. It is very clean and the atmosphere is giving elegant and echelon. Good music, good vibes and definitely great food. I can’t even tell you how I went 3 days in a row just for the ribs and potato salad. Sooooo amazing.
