Friendly staff, awesome tostada, and super spicy salsa
I ordered the lengua tostada cuz I wanted the most bang for my buck.
The lengua was cooked very well soft, juicy and filling.
The lady upfront was really friendly and sounded warm.
I also asked for super spicy salsa and love how many habaneros were used very spicy.
Price is clearly shown on the food truck and is fair.

So, pambazos are delicious. I would say that the carne asada and pollo were a little better than the al pastor.
My kids went crazy over the carne asada champion burrito.
The burrito colombiano was amazing. Really good carnitas and how it all came together.
My wife really liked the birria tacos.
The little salsas just tied everything together. All three were good. Glad I asked for some habanero.
