What a great spot! I order the pimento cheese for the table and it was delectable. For lunch I got the brisket grilled cheese with the house chips. Best grilled cheese I’ve ever had! Everyone else at the table ordered cocktails and loved them. I will definitely be back the next time I’m town.

Really great place. Friendly staff. The food was delicious. I got the French toast & my husband got the brisket grilled cheese. My only complaint is the breakfast menu is pretty small & limited – no waffles or pancakes, and no variety of syrups or jams. They have numerous vegetarian & vegan options as well!

We had one of the best servers Makenzi H. Thank you for your great service. We ordered the shrimp and grits, spicy chicken and waffles, and loaded potatoes. It all was good and full of flavor. There signature hot sauce i must say is the best. Even sitting outside was very relaxing.

I have been here 3 times and everytime has been a fantastic experience! Twice for brunch and once for dinner and i am very happy with the amount of selections on both menus. Servers are always so freindly and happy to make recommendations. It has become out favorite brunch spot and we will be going back!

I tried Neon Fig after a friend recommended the restaurant. They have an outdoor dining area which is nice. Since I dined during lunch hours, I can only attest to their breakfast and lunch choices which were great! I definitely would return. The restaurant is a great place to experience different menu options that aren’t offered in your typical southern restaurant.

Loved the food and service; great place for brunch! There’s plenty of seating inside, but we sat outdoors- it was a beautiful, sunny day. I had the shrimp n grits (delicious), my hubby had the grilled cheese & brisket sandwich with fries (he loved it), and our child had pancakes (good portion-she did not eat it all). They have mimosas of various flavors; you can get “bottomless” if you like that. Definitely recommend trying it out.

Had the hummus appetizer, that was a little mixed on that. The hummus was good but they had edamame on top of it. Wasn’t crazy about that. Had the chicken salad BLT, oh my gosh, was that good. Very good cocktails as well

I always like to explore new venues in food. This was today’s . The menu is a bit eccentric but nonetheless I found a diamond in the rough. I got the French toast with the crunchy stuff on it listens this is like a half of a birthday cake the most delicious French toast I ever had in my life. I got a set of sausage. This is the best sausage I ever had in the South you can tell it’s either homemade or locally made it was very fresh it was cooked well simply delicious. The ambiance inside of the restaurant was very comforting very soothing to have music playing people enjoying the sales talking at a nice low audible toe they had outside seating. I’ve already seen what I’m coming back for the next time some type of toast with a Big slice of brisket or something on it. I definitely highly recommend this place the service was great as well…

This restaurant came highly recommended from the staff at the visitor center. We parked at the visitor center and train museum, spent some time there and enjoyed ourselves, and then walked a short four blocks to the neon fig. The day was beautiful so we sat outside, which was the right choice. Quiet street, lined with magnolia trees, on a picture perfect day. Kate was our server and was tremendous, perhaps a little too attentive, but took great care of us. I had the quinoa power bowl with the house, cured salmon. Absolutely delicious and the right choice on a cool spring day.

I’ve been reluctant to leave this review. I really wanted to like this place. The atmosphere’s great, the service was great, hostess staff was friendly. It was just missing on the food for us. We came for brunch. I hate sending things back but we did get the beignets and they were very crispy on the outside and raw on the inside. So it was definitely an oil temperature issue. We had already ordered a Monte cristo so it kind of had the same issue of being just way too crispy on the outside… just a bad oil situation. We also ordered the bagel and lox…not anything special not a lot of flavor. I want to chalk it up to it was probably just a not great day at the kitchen. We did order some cocktails and those were very good. Like I said, the service was really good as well. May have to come back at some point…maybe try it out for dinner.
