Updated Review – Disappointed and Removing 2 Stars
We’ve been loyal Nékter customers for quite some time now, since this location opened a few years ago. Lately we have come in almost daily and always order a large drink. Over time, we noticed something: after preparing our drinks, the staff consistently ends up with excess product—extra smoothie or juice that doesn’t fit into the cup. It’s already paid for in the blend. It’s right there. But instead of offering it to us or even asking, they pour water into the blender and dump the perfectly good leftovers down the drain… right in front of us.
We finally asked—kindly—if we could just have the extra, rather than watching it go to waste.
The employee flatly refused. No apology. No effort to meet us halfway. Just filled the blender with water and discarded everything, all while we stood there.
That moment changed how we view this place.
We’ve had truly exceptional culinary experiences—places like Daniel’s Table and Jackalope Ranch—where the service is thoughtful, generous, and personal. That’s what a 5-star experience should feel like.
But what happened at Nékter wasn’t just wasteful, it was cold and disheartening. It showed a lack of hospitality, care, and basic customer appreciation.
For that reason, we’re removing 2 stars from our original review. It’s not fair to true 5-star establishments to let this kind of service go unnoticed. If Nékter wants to stand among the best, it needs to act like it.
Until then, it’s 3 stars from us.

So, today we were served by Fatima. If I give this service less than one star I would. I was served the day before by a professional gentleman who knew how to do his job properly.
The customer service today from Fatima was shocking and I regret going here. We ordered 3 dragon fruit bowls and the portion sizes were smaller than what I imagine a child’s size would be. She must have made one portion and split it across three. Please go to the other juice bar which is just around the corner. Better value for your money and better customer service.

We came in for açaí bowls after a hike. We had the PB&J bowl and Dragon Fruit Bowl – both were just okay. All the fruit that we had was super fresh but the açaí and dragonfruit bases were pretty bland. Tasted watered down.

Came in for a pickup order and was told the wait would be 10 mins. I waited 25 minutes and still did not receive the order. People that came in after me were getting their orders before me. The two girls working the front lacked basic common sense and had terrible customer service. Don’t come here unless you want your time wasted.
