Used to go here 4-5 times a week. Last night I had to take my food back inside four times bc of it being wrong. FOUR TIMES. I went today just for 3 large sweet teas, only to get home and realize it was UNSWEETENED tea. This place has went downhill.

Grabbed a whopper meal through the drive thru, get home, 2 tomatoes slices the size of a quarter and half dollar, 4 little scrap pieces of lettuce and 2 half dollar size onion rings. Pitiful, it’s the stuff that makes a whopper! Do better! Ugh!

Food is pretty dang good for what it is. Never had a issue getting the wrong order. Everything comes how I request it. Never had a bad feel or negativity thrown my way from employees. So if you’d like a actual burger king meal the way you want take a visit at this location.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. I ordered a meal well they was only taking card, they had only water and sweet tea. I had to pull up for 25 mins to only get a cold burger and no fries. The girl who brought out my food rushed in before I could tell her I didn’t have fries. I drove around to the speaker and they turned off the lights on me then I pulled up to the window and honked she was sweeping and took off to the back so she wouldn’t have to deal with it. Ordered 2 double bacon king’s from the Burger King in Roanoke, Al and 2 chicken fries meals. The Chicken fries tasted old and were hard. The burger buns were burned on the inside and it didn’t have any tomatoes, lettuce, pickles, or onions and very little mayonnaise and ketchup. Very disappointed.

Never get my order right. Management was horrible. Haven’t been in awhile thought about grabbing a whopper must of sat in the heated window for awhile before I got it. Hard bun, cooked tomato and pickles all slimy yuk.
