The staff here are excellent, polite and courteous. The Mango Delight Smoothie I ordered was delicious and refreshing. The juice bar has a nice open and spacious feel with a modern ambience to it. They have many offerings – juices, smoothies, shakes, bowls, cleansers to keep your body in great health and going. It’s a better maybe the best alternative to all the junk food out there.

Nékter Juice Bar in Bel Air is hands down the best spot for fresh, delicious smoothies and juices in Houston! I stopped by recently and was absolutely blown away—not just by the menu options, but by the incredible customer service. Chloe was phenomenal in helping me figure out what to order.
She took the time to ask about my preferences, made thoughtful recommendations, and even explained the benefits of some of the ingredients. I ended up trying the PB MOCHA smoothie after my hot yoga workout , and it was perfection—fresh, flavorful, and exactly what I needed!
The atmosphere here is clean, inviting, and vibrant, and the quality of the ingredients is unmatched. Whether you’re a juice bar regular or new to the scene, this place is worth every penny.

I have never been here, but a friend sent me a link for their Fall products. (Pumkin Spice)
All of my friends and family send me links and stores with Pumpkin Spice products.
So I was excited to try the Smoothie!!
Chloe happily greeted me and welcomed me to the store.
She stated I had to order the smoothie from the app. I hadn’t had the app, I was trying to order from the website. She started making it for me before I could even get into the app. So I didn’t need to order from app.
She was even so sweet enough to give it to me free of charge (I Hope I don’t get her in trouble!!) Because she said it was only the 2nd one she had made. It was Delicious!!!
She also told me the Waffles and Parfait don’t come out until October 1st. So I will Definitely be back!!!
Because of all the Pumpkin Spice Goodies but MOSTLY Because of her!! She gave Excellent Customer Service!!!
The world would be a Better place if EVERYONE gave that type of Customer Service!!!

My wife has been a loyal customer, ordering juice from this establishment about five times a week for the past three years, spending approximately $13.50 per order. Everything was fine until a particular employee—a young man—began harassing her on a regular basis.
We have three small children, and my wife is extremely responsible. She always places her order 15 to 20 minutes in advance to ensure it’s ready when she arrives. However, almost every time, her drink is not prepared, and it’s always the same employee causing the issue. Despite the manager—who has been very kind—explaining that the protein should be properly mixed into the drink, this employee repeatedly fails to do so.
Most recently, when my wife politely pointed out—yet again—that her drink wasn’t ready and that he wasn’t doing his job properly, he became rude and dismissive. Instead of addressing the issue, he told her she’s “not welcome anymore.” This is completely unacceptable. It’s as if he refuses to do his job correctly and expects customers to simply accept it. To make matters worse, during her last visit, he became aggressive toward her, which we will not tolerate.
This level of unprofessionalism and hostility is shocking. It is deeply concerning that an employee feels entitled to mistreat a loyal customer without consequence. Cursing at and being aggressive toward customers is absolutely disgraceful behavior.
We will be filing a formal complaint and expect appropriate action to be taken.

Great smoothies, albeit with higher prices than other smoothie places and sometimes slow service. Often only one person staffing the whole location so smoothies can take quite a while, especially large orders. Good selection of smoothies and bowls, as well as a wide range of fruits.

This is the first location I’ve been to where I was not happy with the service. Usually, I get great customer service and recommendations. The cashier was on her phone while we were deciding on what we wanted. As we were ordering, she stopped with our order to assist someone who walked in. My order was wrong. I specifically requested to add dates and they were not in my smoothie. The whole experience sucked. I hope that Kisundria is less distracted with other customers. Very disappointed that I didn’t get what I came for.

My first in-person experience at Nékter was super smooth and delightful — I was greeted upon entry and kindly given some time before ordering. I purchased 4 Banana Berry Açaí bowls and a Mango Bowl. ALL were just as fresh and delicious as they usually are when delivered to my door. One of the bowls had been ordered for the go, so I was asked if I wanted to keep it in one of the fridges until my departure.
Overall, the staff whom assisted with my order was very attentive and kind, which I truly appreciate. I will continue being a loyal customer due to the exceptional quality and service, whether it’s takeout or delivery!

My bowl was really tasty, but the portions provided are not it, 1 strawberry was cut in my bowl, thats ridiculous for 12$+ , customer service was friendly but I could tell the girls where have a bad time due to no AC in the building

The smoothie I ordered was good , but the customer service was a bit bad . It was 2 black girls an older lady with a younger one having a discussion in front of me about personal things which should never be done which gave off mom / daughter issues and kept asking what I wanted in my smoothie after me repeating it 3x. Otherwise My first couple encounters were great besides this one , I will still spend money here !
