Great find! Review based on one visit.

No seating other than two benches outside. In fact you don’t even go inside to order, they come out to take your order.

I tried the fresh salmon, fresh tuna and spicy pork. I think the spicy pork could be a little spicier. All were made to order and which made a difference for taste and texture. I found the pricing to be very reasonable.

Wish it was a little closer to my house. I feel like I’d go here often.

We rate this 4.5 out of 5 the food was fresh and tasty. We ordered a veriety of yubu fried tofu skin items including salmon and beef bulgogi and all were very good. Note, that this is a take out only spot. The service was quick. This spot is well suited for quick eats pit stop.

A great spot for a quick bite! I tried three of their Yubu (Inari sushi), including the Torched Salmon, Spicy Pork, and Mentaiko.

While they were all decent, the Mentaiko was definitely the winner for me as it had the most flavor. The Torched Salmon and Spicy Pork were decent but could use slightly more flavor.

However, the real star of the show was the Rose Tteokbokki. It is easily one of the best I’ve had in Dallas so far. It tastes exactly like the authentic versions I’ve had in Korea, super creamy and flavorful. Definitely worth a stop for the Tteokbokki alone!

Service: The staff is really nice. They take your order from outside, and then you wait in your car for them to bring it to you.

We tried the bulgogi, spicy pork, tuna mayo, egg mayo, and myungran mayo – none of them disappointed!! They were all so juicy and packed with flavor without being salty. The textures were all so balanced, I literally had to go back immediately to get more before I left the premises.
I cannot recommend this place enough!! It is hands down the best yubu rice I have ever had. Ever!! Not to mention the price is really good for the taste and quality.
Make sure to be ready to wait a bit on your order. There is also no indoor or outdoor seating/waiting area so make sure to take a car and be able to wait inside that car. Also the neighborhood is a little sketchy so lock your doors while you wait!

First time here and it did not disappoint! We ordered a variety of yubu (fried tofu skin) items, including salmon and beef bulgogi, and everything was very good. Take-out only, with fast service—perfect for a quick bite on the go. ✨

~ What I Ordered ~
– Box of 4: Butter Crab, Cheese Buldak, Spicy Pork, an Kimchi Bacon

~ Review ~
Neko Yubu is a ghost kitchen that specializes in yubu – sweet tofu pockets filled with rice and a variety of toppings. I had been wanting to try this place after seeing so many people rave about it on TikTok over the past few months. Unfortunately, it turned out to be one of my most disappointing food experiences.

The yubu was served really cold. I was expecting it to be warm and slightly crispy, so the temperature threw me off. Personally, I don’t find cold food enjoyable. The butter crab yubu was the only one that tasted decent cold. The kimchi bacon yubu was especially cold, and I couldn’t take more than one bite. The cheese buldak yubu had an unpleasant aftertaste, and while the spicy pork yubu had potential, the cold meat ruined it for me.

Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this spot. It’s overpriced for what you get, and the quality didn’t justify the cost.

Fresh Salmon is by far the best one on the menu. The bacon kimchi was pretty good. Mild, but good. The egg mayo gave off a deviled egg taste and was light and soft. Tofu taste like tofu and the butter crab had a nice flavor to it. Everything I had was worth the price and very palatable. You won’t get anything bad off the menu.

I really like their combo deals! I got 8 differently flavors to try with others. My favorite were butter crab, mentaiko mayo, and fresh tuna. My boyfriend enjoys the pork and seared salmon. One thing to note is that the tuna mayo tasted exactly like canned tuna. The flavors are strong and lean on the sweeter side. One thing to note is that I did called ahead a couple of hours to order, but it still took them some time to get it ready.

I came to Neko Yubu with my brother for a sibling hangout, and we had such a great experience. The yubus were absolutely delicious—each one had amazing taste and flavor, and we enjoyed every bite. You can really tell care goes into making them. We both left happy and are already planning to come back again soon! It’s definitely a spot to try out!

I was looking my at this menu while waiting for my order next door, and I couldn’t help myself!
I grabbed a mango matcha, since it was lactose free milk. I also ordered 2 fresh salmon Yubus, to try with my son.
Everything was so good, so glad I tried it!
Very nice packaging and generous serving for the mango matcha.
