I have made a few pickups for ubereats orders and the food smelled wonderful, so I decided to order me some chicken, it looked perfect, my fries were fresh as was the chicken, but I personally do not like a lot of sodium…..and my chicken was soooo salty. I understand this is common for us in the black community, but I do not lean toward the side of liking salty food. Instead of offering me my money back, he wanted to tell me how everyone else likes the food, which has absolutely nothing to do with my pallet.

I ordered 4 things from here using Uber eats. I paid the extra amount to make it a priority yet by the time i recieved it, every thing was cold ,except the over priced chocolate cake n ice cream. They didn’t package the cake seprate from the ice cream so It was soupy goo mush when I got it. The eggrolls n broccoli cheese rice were cold and poorly packaged. I didn’t receive any of the things I asked for such as sweet n sour sauce ,which they show n the picture but won’t give u when u ask. I offered to pay extra for that and some stuff for the crappy tacos they sent to me. Again …cold, mushy, poorly packaged product. I paid over 60 bucks for some cake soup and cold appetizers n tacos. Willl never order from or dine there cuz it was over priced crap

I ordered with uber eats. I ordered fish. I ask d for tartar sauce and ketchup. I didn’t get the tartar sauce. I guess they want you to pay for it. If customers order fish they should get tartar sauce if requested. It wasn’t up to my expectations without it.

Second time getting fried chicken wing; they were cooked to order, hot fresh and well seasoned. The service was sufficient even though they assumed I was paying with EBT, had to tell them 3x I wasn’t before they understood why I wasn’t paying yet. Store is crowded and items don’t have prices on them, that makes me uncomfortable.
