Chicken curry was excellent. I would have loved to tried the Jamaican jerk wings but they were out. The restaurant is located in a great location right in the heart of downtown Sanford. The easiest way to get there is to park in a public parking spot then walk. There was parallel street parking available. The food tastes authentic and you will enjoy the laid back atmosphere.

Authentic Jamaican food done right. The jerk chicken is well seasoned with real heat and smoke, and the rice and peas taste traditional and balanced. Portions are generous and everything tastes fresh, not adapted or watered down.
Service is friendly and straightforward, and the food is the focus. If you want genuine Jamaican flavors made properly, this place delivers.

I’m on vacation and this is the only Caribbean:
/Jamaican restaurant open on a Sunday. It smells pretty good in here and I can’t wait to try the food. I got the large jerk and large curry chicken meal with 2 tingz and left 20% tip for about 32$. If your passing through Sanford on the way to beach stop here.

Kandice was delightful. This was not a miss situation. Purely a hit. If the oxtail can used to make a general statement then I’d say “dem can cook all things.”. Sat in the airport and mash it up. Finger licking good Thanks for lunch and dinner.

I’m upset I only got one 10/10 will be back! My kid is super picky and he enjoyed the wings and fries. He said the wings were perfectly seasoned and I couldn’t agree more.

Great food. Great location. Great service. The staff is really friendly. I love Jamaican food and I have no clue on how to make it. This is the closest thing I can get. I try to support this small business whenever I can.

I’m giving 5 stars here because it’s exactly what you want from a Jamaican restaurant. The food was fresh and very flavorful. I tried the Mac n cheese, and it didn’t disappoint. The jerk pork was very good. I do wish it was more meat than fat. It felt like the ratio was off but not enough to lower my rating. Will definitely be going back to try other menu items.

I enjoyed the service I received here. The people were nice. And I love the atmosphere because of the music. Obviously playing reggae. My family is from Belize, and although Soca music is the main, we listen to reggae as well. The beef patties and cocoa bread were definitely hitting. The perk chicken was more on the dry side but everything else was good.

Saw this place while looking for parking. Decided to give a try and it was above my expectations. I order a lunch, a special of jerk chicken, the chicken with flavor and cooked to the point. I also had rice and beans with some oxtail vinaigrette. The vinaigrette gravy more flavor and then topped it up with some plantains. Good cheap lunch. I will be coming back to try more food.
