We ordered a couple burgers today for takeout during lunch. Was told 10 to 15 minutes but arrived a little early. Food was already bagged up ready to go. I had the Shroom boom burger and it was very tasty. Also give the jalapeño cheese curds a try they were amazing. The orange dream drink was great as well. Would recommend to give them a try great food and friendly staff.

First time visit today. It was busy for lunch but thought it was a longer wait than expected, especially considering that you have to stand in line to order, then stand in another line to wait for your food to cook, then go through the line to add toppings and pay. A couple people walked out because of the wait. The workers weren’t very friendly and seemed to be arguing with each other while we stood in the line right in front of them. Besides that, the burger was delicious. We got the breakfast burger and spicy burger. Loved the needa sauce. Fries were cold but still tasted pretty good. Guessing they were just off in their timing with everything. The place was decorated in a fun way and was clean. I would try it again maybe in a couple months when they get a better groove going.

We were so excited to finally try this new place and we get our food and we ordered the Ultimate smash to go and there was nothing on our burgers. We were honestly confused to the point i started ripping it apart. I’m just disappointed because they didn’t put what they were supposed to on the burger. We got it to go and with two “sides” it was only 31$.
EDIT: We just called and they are going to remake it for us! They have great costumer service.

Went in for the 1st time yesterday. Fries were so greasy and tasted like old grease, very soggy even. The burger was very greasy and no flavor. One of the cooks had shaggy hair and a beard and probably should have been wearing a hair net, and kept coming out for pop. I understand its recently new but come on. Came in with my aunt and 2yr old and probably will not be coming back.

Food was not very good. Fries were soggy burgers had no flavor. Not to mention was very smoky inside. Was expecting more. Maybe I’ll try when some of the kinks are worked out and they are more organized.

I had the best experience here at Needa Burger over opening weekend and I can confidently say I am beyond happy! Their smash burgers are so yummy, and the pricing is reasonably cheap! I hope to see this small business take off

Took 25 minutes to get our food. Order was wrong. Fries and onion rings were cold. Ordered, then when food comes, you have to go back up and select toppings, and then go back up for second meal ordered to select toppings for that, and then pay. Not a very orderly system. Also overpriced for what you get. I don’t normally write reviews, but this just wasn’t right.

Food was cold. The cheese on the grilled cheese wasn’t even melted. Out of the 4 orders 3 were missing items and/or made wrong. We won’t be back nor recommend.
