This place is such a breath of fresh air for the city of Plaquemine. The setup is much like a salad station, are many other similar salad shops, but it has a lot of great charm and fantastic selections for this local shop. Pictures below show many of the toppings you can get for salads and potatoes. Many great soup options are available as well!

Had a fantastic experience at this location as a meeting spot with a friend. Had their crab boiled potatoes with a cornucopia of toppings to include pulled pork and crawfish etouffee as toppers. Though I did not build a salad but I noticed a huge variety of fresh salad options. The staff was very friendly and attending and I love the space because it offers a fresher option for us Louisianians who love to eat! The beautiful young ladies who tended the salad bar and register gave good and clear information of the ingredients and suggestions for my friend and myself. Definitely a great place for vegetarians.
