The tour was a lot of fun. Our guide was very friendly and helpful. You get to take home a candy apple, 3 chocolate covered pretzels, and 2 chocolate covered Oreos. Plus they gave us plenty of samples. Would definitely recommend for a weekend date idea

**Edited to add- they contacted me directly and issued a refund as well as investigated why it wasn’t communicated that the tour wasn’t being offered. I have adjusted my star rating to reflect this good customer service.

ORIGINAL POST: I purchased a tour for my child’s christmas gift. The create your own candy stations were in the storefront and we did that whole process as described on the website, but then the host said “ok that completes the tour. Thanks for coming in today!” I was confused because we didn’t tour anywhere in the kitchen or “factory” part. Me and the other parent who was there with her kids said “we thought it included a tour?” to which she replied “we can’t give tours right now because there is construction happening in the back end.”

While I appreciate that they are still trying to provide the experience of creating our own, what I purchased the tickets for was the tour. I can make my own chocolate dipped goodies at home and felt like the cost did not match the experience. I don’t appreciate that there was no forwarding about the closure of the kitchen area. No email. No heads up when we first arrived. No offer to make different appointments for when construction is complete. They are also not serving gelato, in case you see that online. The gelato area is closed down for the “foreseeable future”.

I wish I could have rescheduled for a time when the factory was open or gotten a refund. I am disappointed in how they handled this part of the experience.

Loved the girls that did the tour. Felt bad for them because it was overbooked. Not enough room for everyone but worth checking out. We got lots of goodies to take for later. The gelato was amazing!!!! Highly recommend if you wanna check out how chocolate is made and it’s not easy. I have a new found respect for chocolatier’s.

Their Chocolate Factory Tour is a great way to spend a Sunday morning or afternoon. Perfect for family and friend groups. We are a bit older, but felt like kids in a candy store!

Beautiful selection of confections, we couldn’t help but pick up a few treats after we made our own on the tour!

It’s got a smaller selection but it’s an absolutely wonderful chocolatier and the employees clearly love what they do and give suggestions and samples! I brought two kids here and they were given samples of liquid milk chocolate and it tasted like what I imagine heaven tastes like! It’s also pretty cheap for chocolate and really conveniently located.

Our family loved this tour!
We started with a walk-through of the cacao bean’s journey—from exotic farms to refined bars. There were hands-on displays and even a chance to try cacao beans ourselves. Tasting chocolate at different stages—raw nibs, partially processed, and then silky-smooth finished pieces—was eye opening.
Overall, the tour was well-paced, entertaining, and delicious. Whether you’re a casual sweet tooth or a full-blown chocoholic, this tour delivers a decadent experience that’s both educational and indulgent.

This made such a fun morning to meet up with family and do a tour! We made caramel apples, dipped pretzels, and dipped Oreos! We even had a little tutorial on how chocolate is made. The team taught us some fun tips and tricks.. and we got to package our treats in their cute packaging! Everyone was so friendly, the treats were delicious, and our family made such special memories together! Thank you so much for having us
