Solid food! Ordered a lamb platter, chicken platter (with sauce on the side) and hot wings (it’s a dry rub). Wings were super crispy and flavorful! We ordered for take out at the restaurant and our food came out hot within 10 minutes.
I really liked the customer service. It was our first time there and the man who took our order, Naimatullah, happily talked through options with us as no one else was in line behind us. When a DoorDash driver came in and interrupted our conversation (pretty rudely I’d say) asking for an order, Naimatullah said “I’ll help you in a moment, please let me finish up here” which I really appreciated. It didn’t make me feel rushed off.
Will be returning to try the burgers and gyros and get more wings!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Naz’s Halal Food in Hamilton, New Jersey, and was thoroughly impressed. The combo platter, featuring both lamb and chicken, was a highlight. I order takeout and delivery from here regularly. The falafel are always warm and perfectly crispy, and the hummus is truly amazing. I really love their chicken wings – the wings are really big, and generously covered in sauce. The buffalo sauce is my favorite option, although I do also like the BBQ flavor, which doesn’t taste too sweet. It’s got that bit of tartness that a good BBQ flavor should have. The portions are generous, and it’s great value for money. My parents love the rice. Orders arrive fast. One of my go-to places when I want to order in.

He said just described him as the man without tooth which was funny. Food is the best, service is even better but atmosphere is the best. We had a good conversation with this guy behind the counter and another customer for a good 10 mins. I definitely will come back here and next time will seat n have longer conversations. 10/10 across the board! First time at Naz’s and i will definitely be returning. Naz’s halal food is located within a plaza so there is plenty of parking available. The restaurant itself is spacious and plenty of seating space. My friend and i were greeted as soon as we walked in and Omar was very polite and inviting. He recommended the seasoned fries which did not disappoint! I ordered a chicken and lamb gyro which was my original choice and It was amazing! I also tried the backlava for the first time. It was different, but good! The green sauce and white are my favorite!! I recommend this place.

Naz’s Halal Food never disappoints! From the food, cleanliness, and staff. This visit was extra special for me, I live 50 minutes away from this Naz’s location and unfortunately there aren’t any others closer. I am waiting for the day Naz comes to Brick/Tom’s River!! I specifically want to mention a very kind gentleman at the front counter, his name was Khan. He spoke to me like more than just a paying customer, Khan wassuper friendly and genuine. When he asked if I wanted any sauce on top, I mentioned that I had a long drive ahead of me and that on the side would be just fine. From that point we began to chat, I didn’t feel rushed whatsoever. Khan truly made my day, he had no idea at that point that I recently had a major loss in my family and it truly is the little things that keep me going. Thank you Khan for just being you!

Stopped into Naz’s today with 2 coworkers for a quick lunch, I can with out a doubt say this was the most flavorful well spiced and portioned halal food I have ever had.
Beyond that to make the whole experience better we had a wonderful time conversing with the owner while we ate, he seems to be a genuine person who views everyone equally no matter who you are or what background you come from. It is truly refreshing to see some one make such delicious food who has as much passion as these guys at Naz’s have to interact with their customers on a daily basis.
I will be back and I will be bringing others to enjoy their first time at Naz’s.

We decided to try out this spot for the first time, as it was conveniently located near my cousin’s place. Despite our initial reservations about the empty interior, we ventured inside for takeout dinner. While the staff member we encountered was only slightly friendly and not particularly helpful with suggestions, we proceeded to order a variety of items. The seasoned fries stood out as a tasty appetizer, complemented by a flavorful green sauce that hinted at coriander. However, we were disappointed with the limited sauce options, as we only received one white sauce, one green sauce, and one hot sauce for our meal. The main dishes, consisting of chicken rice platters, were unfortunately lacking in flavor and moisture, leaving them a bit dry and underseasoned. The food was nicely packed, showing attention to detail, although I forgot to take a picture. Presentation added a nice touch to the experience. Despite the lackluster food, the atmosphere was clean and inviting, with a few available seating spots. Overall, our dining experience was satisfactory but fell short of our expectations.

The food was great. Up to par with the halal I would get in New York. Flavorful, fresh ingredients with great sauces. Customer service sucked though. I walked through the door and wasn’t acknowledged. I get to the register and the guy doesn’t even look up or greet me, he just muttered “Go!”. Other customers before and after me received a warm greeting but they appeared to be regulars. It’s a shame though, food is pretty good but just for the customer service alone I will not be back nor will I be recommending others.
